Placement Opportunities at Viva College, Vasai

Overall Rating
So, basically I am studying in the Viva College, Vasai from standard 11th This is one of the main reason I chose it again to do my graduation from Vasai Virar. The infrastructure of the college is superb as they make the college more comfortable for the students. Outside area is also good.
 

Academics Rating
So after 12th I wanted to take some different course that gives me the exposure of the world. I chose the course of Mass Media Communication. The eligibility criterion is securing at least 40% in class 12th. Admission process of the college is very simple. Website allows students to take admission in an easy manner. Academic curriculum will help me to get ready for the real industry world.
The yearly fee is about Rs. 18,000 in the first two years and the final year fee is Rs. 19,800. College provides a special fee discount for the ST/SC reserved caste students. The college also provides railway concession for the students who use train for commuting.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty members are very supportive in anything students need help with. Not only in academics but also supportive in solving the personal problems of the students. The teacher student ratio in our college is 1:30.
 

Placement Rating
Placement cell is present in the college that helps students to get their dream jobs after completing their graduation in Viva College, Vasai. Not only for jobs but the placement cell also organizes the startup programs that help students to grow their own startup. The highest package offered is 12 LPA and the lowest package is 4 LPA. I started my advertisement agency with the help of placement cell startup program only.
 

Hostel Rating
College offers the hostel facility. There are total 45 rooms in the hostel with 2 beds each. Separate hostels for both boys and girls. The hostel fee is about Rs. 23,000 per year.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure is superb and huge as compared to other colleges in the Vasai Virar area. Campus is near Virar station. Classrooms are completely equipped with smart technology. A library, seminar hall and computer labs are available. The college canteen also has a wide range of menu maintaining quality and affordable price.
 

Campus Rating
I don't have any regrets after taking admission here. The crowd of the Viva College, Vasai is superb and they are very friendly. College fest is organized in the college that helps students as a stress buster from the studies and to enjoy their college life with the friends. My favorite event is my department fest named ‘Xpression’. ‘Xpression’ is a media event and is very popular among students. So my overall experience was great till now.

Talking about extra curriculum, the college has units like NCC, NSS, etc. Events of this college are done in huge scale.
