NEET for Admission in Rajah Muthiah Dental College Annamalai

I like my college, Rajah Muthiah Dental College & Hospital very much because its infrastructure and environment is good. It has a peaceful environment, which motivate us to study. The teachers here are excellent. It has a huge library, playground, gym, and good canteen, excellent classrooms with projector facilities and hospital where we can observe the patients, which gave good experience. In my college, seniors are good. There is an anti ragging committee, which take care when we are in first year. In my college, there are events too & we are enjoying.

My course is BDS. My aim was to get an MBBS seat. However, I got only BDS. I came here with disappointment and sad. However, when I entered this course, it changed my mind. For entry, we need to clear NEET and get good marks (above the cutoff). After online counseling, it will call and inform and we need to submit all the documents and join. It thought me all about dentistry. I also learnt it very well.

My course fee is Rs. 16,000, which is set by government. We pay in a year wise pattern. However, the hostel fee is higher. It is also providing scholarships.

In my college, each department has nearly more than enough teaching staff. All are teachers are well and good as they are experienced and talented in Dentistry. They are using backboard & projector and we can easily understand the concept of each topic. They are very helpful in practical sessions too. They will show demo and make us do it. They take Each and every step with much care, so that now we learn very well. All the teachers are friendly and kind.

Our teachers guide us about placement offers and help us improve our skills upto that level.

Yes, I am staying in hostel. There are nearly 500+ rooms are there. All of them are in twin sharing. Mess is good and affordable.

There are more trees in Rajah Muthiah Dental College & Hospital’s campus, which made my mind calm and relaxed. It has a good infrastructure though it was built nearly 100 years ago. In my college, many departments are there. Classrooms are huge and have a capacity of nearly hundred students. We have different labs like Oral Histology Lab, Biochemistry Lab, Physiology Lab, & Prosthodontics Lab. All of them are in high tech conditions. We have air-conditioned library with tons of books and previous year question banks. Seminar hall, auditorium and conference hall are also available here. Canteen is also there with affordable food items.

My campus is very good campus. We enjoyed a lot in roaming around the campus. Even though hundreds of students studying in my campus. However, it is less crowded as the campus is enormously huge. The college conducting many events such as sports fests, inter-college competitions, cultural events, etc. that we have enjoyed a lot. My college life taught me many things and molded me to survive in life as a dentist.
