Umes Chandra College: Best Teachers and Syllabus

Overall Rating
My overall experience has been good so far. All the facilities in the campus are up to the Umes Chandra College is not strict about. It is also situated in a good location where the transport facilities are available easily. The teachers’ behavior and guidance is also good.
 

Academics Rating
The course chosen by me is B.Com (Hons.). I chose this course as it is a good choice for a fresher to enter into a corporate world with good salary. The eligibility criteria of the college is simple it is based on 12th grade marks and cut off decided by the college. The exams conducted is semester wise in one year two semester exams are held and two internal exams are held like this way in 4 years 8 semester exam and 8 internal exams are held.
On a yearly basis, the admission fee is Rs. 50, bank charges are Rs. 120, ITAB fee is Rs. 400, library fee is Rs. 100, and other charges are Rs. 40. Furthermore, the sessional fee is Rs. 4,040, SQAC fee is Rs. 10, tuition fee is Rs. 1,020. Hence, I pay total Rs. 5,780 for a year.
 

Faculty Rating
Overall, the faculty is good they have good teaching experience and the person does if any problem arises whether in understanding of concepts or any problem in understanding any notice of the university. There is no smart board so the teachers teach through blackboard and oral. The bonding with the teachers are good with most of the students who attend the colleges regularly and their helpful for everyone without any biasness.
 

Placement Rating
Though the college has a placement cell, the services can be improved.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure of the college is good. All the facilities are available in the college campus. The sports facilities are also good here as there are various indoor and outdoor sports equipment. There is also gym in the campus. However, there are some areas of improvement such as cleanliness.
 

Campus Rating
Overall, the campus life is good. There are many activities conducted by Umes Chandra College such as sports activities, cultural activities, fest and events, which makes student, connect with the college and enjoy their time.

    Umes Chandra College has 2 campuses. First, one is in the College Street and the second one is in Salt lake. Both the campuses are good. The first campus (College Street) is the main campus.
