Sneak Peak of TINT Kolkata

Overall Rating
Overall, the infrastructure and crowd of the college is good. Academics wise, faculties are really nice and placements have room for improvement. Our college is in a developing area and therefore commuting is a bit of worry. However, TINT Kolkata is still a great choice for pursuing engineering.
 

Academics Rating
Apart from private universities, all the engineering colleges in Kolkata are affiliated to MAKAUT. So course is same in all engineering colleges but teaching and all varies. For my college, labs are brilliant and classrooms are such that one feels like it's better off going to classes than bunk. The course helps me prepare for real life challenges.
For most streams of engineering at TINT Kolkata, the fee is 2 Lakh a year.
 

Faculty Rating
Amiable is one quality which I look forward in my faculties and they have that. Their willingness to help students and make sure that students are under crisis is commendable. In IT engineering it's the labs that are necessary and the way we are assisted in labs is great. Faculties themselves are always in pink it health and make sure we too are.
 

Placement Rating
Cummins India, LTI, Infosys and at least 20 more companies have visited for campus placements here. The placement percentage drops due to many factors but the quality of placement doesn't.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Campus isn't that huge but it is not small either. In the five-floor advanced building, the only flaw is that students are not allowed to use lifts. Washrooms and water coolers are there on each floor. The canteen is amazing and so is our seminar hall. Parking space is also quite sparse. The best part is the view of basketball court from our classes. The garden in front with proper lawn and benches is the one, which acts as our hideout after the classes.
 

Campus Rating
It is quite a happening college with various events and fests happening all year round. Also, there is no religious biasness in the college and that makes students of every religion or sect comfortable automatically.

    TINT Kolkata is very nice. I personally chose this college because it has nice faculty, a nice ground to chill in, and great canteen with absolute best food options.     Techno International Newtown is a subgroup of Techno branch of colleges affiliated with MAKAUT. Situated in Newtown, Smart City, this college holds a great record for providing students a good salary and LPA Packages. Overall, placement is good, some teachers and professors are also good enough.
