The Techno International New Town (TINT), Kolkata has world-class infrastructure and is fully-equipped with modern amenities to provide students a conducive learning environment. Moreover, the Institution encourages inclusivity as it has ramps and disabled-friendly washrooms in its premises.
The Institute is spread across an area of about 2.57 acres. Spacious classrooms, laboratories, separate hostel facilities, canteen, library, and many more are available for the students at the Techno International New Town campus.
The Institution’s campus is equipped with all the academic and non-academic resources to aid students with a convenient and comfortable academic life. There are around 64 ventilated classrooms and some of these are equipped with advanced facilities like LCD projectors, high-speed internet, etc. Moreover, nearly 6 spacious tutorial rooms, about 5 seminar halls, and conference halls are available to conduct seminars, conferences, workshops in the premises of the Institution.
In addition to this, the campus houses an auditorium, approximately 2 drawing halls with seating space of 60+ students each, and a board room to organise events, sessions, competitions, etc. Furthermore, a central examination facility is present at the campus which comprises around 34 rooms with a seating capacity of 70 students (each).
Furthermore, other amenities at the Techno International New Town campus include a parking area, fire extinguishers, lifts, CCTV surveillance, and many others.

- Library: The central library at the campus houses a rich collection of academic resources including about 48,192 volumes, 3780+ titles, subscriptions of about 34 National journals, 6+ newspapers, and about 5 magazines. Moreover, a number of departmental libraries are present.
Additionally, a digital library is available with about 10 computer systems equipped with high-speed internet and comprises approximately 55,450 e-books and about 294 e-journals. Moreover, there is a reading room of seating capacity of 60 students and several other services that can be availed include reprography, reference section, question paper repository, etc.
- Laboratories: There are nearly 3 air-conditioned computer labs, out of which, 2 can accommodate 180 students each and 1 has a seating space of around 200 students. Furthermore, there is a language lab with adequate digital devices to support audio and visual learning.
In addition to this, departments such as Computer Science and Engineering, Civil Engineering, etc. have their own labs to offer specialised practical learning to the students. Some of the departmental labs are Microprocessor lab, Solid Mechanics lab, Environmental Engineering lab, and others.
- Sports: At the Techno International New Town campus, world-class facilities are available for both indoor and outdoor sports. The outdoor sports facilities include a Basketball Court, Football Ground, Nets for Cricket, Badminton Court, and others.
Apart from this, the amenities are available for indoor sports for games like Table Tennis, Carom, and Chess. Moreover, students are encouraged to participate in various sports and games tournaments which assist them to develop holistically.
- Hostel: There are separate Techno International New Town Hostels for female and male students which are present near the premises of the Institution. Moreover, the rooms of the hostels are allotted on the basis of double occupancy. Furthermore, adequate facilities are offered to the hostellers including security by dedicated wardens, food facilities etc.
- Canteen: The Institution’s campus has a canteen namely, ‘Food Addict’ which serves students vegetarian and non-vegetarian multi-cuisine food and meals. Furthermore, a branch of ‘Melbourne Café’ is available within the campus for the students & staff.
- Transportation: Safe and secure transportation services can be availed by the students to commute from the Techno International New Town campus.
- Healthcare Facility: At the premises, there is a medical room which contains first-aid facility for emergency medical needs of the students. Additionally, a doctor visits the campus for medical checkups three times a week.
- Gymnasium: The Techno International New Town campus has a fully-equipped gymnasium to aid students with physical fitness.
