Overall Rating
The faculty is nice and the College has some cons too. I chose this College because it is good for my course. The students can join the clubs as per their interest. The College is affiliated with the Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT). Overall, my experience is good in this College.
 

Academics Rating
I chose B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering. I got this in WBJEE counseling. For admission, the students have to qualify the entrance exam. The admission process is quite simple. There are mainly 2 semester exams and the exams are conducted in the month of February & June. The College also conducts internal exams.
The total fee of my course is Rs. 7,00,000/- in TINT Kolkata. In the first semester, the fee is Rs. 95,000/- and from the second semester, the fee is Rs. 84,000/-. The College also provide discount to the students. The scholarship is also provides to the students of reserved category.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty members are quite good and experienced. My Physics & Math teachers have really good experience in their respective subject. My programming teacher is really very good. The Math teacher also has a Youtube channel. The teaching methods include blackboard, etc. The problem solving abilities of the teachers are good. There are 2 teachers for one subject. At first, there was language barrier but now it is all okay.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, the TINT Kolkata has placement cell. I am in first year so I don’t have much experience about it. The cell has various teachers. Various internship opportunities are provided to the students. The companies like Accenture do mass hiring and offer good packages to the students.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, the College provides residential facilities. I don’t stay in hostel I live in PG. I don’t have more information about the hostels.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus offers various facilities to the students. It has labs, classrooms, etc. The classroom has the seating capacity of around 70 students and they are equipped with AC. The library is also there. Another new building is under construction right now. The canteen is also available which offers good quality of food to the students.
 

Campus Rating
Overall, the campus life is decent. There are various clubs and I have participated in the few clubs because I was only interested in Literary club. The College conducts a fest in the month of February but I couldn’t able to attend it. Various extracurricular activities are organised for the students.

    Overall, the infrastructure and crowd of the college is good. Academics wise, faculties are really nice and placements have room for improvement.     Techno International Newtown is a subgroup of Techno branch of colleges affiliated with MAKAUT. Situated in Newtown, Smart City, this college holds a great record for providing students a good salary and LPA Packages. Overall, placement is good, some teachers and professors are also good enough.
