The premises of the Institute contain a diverse range of amenities through which students experience a fulfilling academic journey. The Heritage Institute of Technology Campus spans across an area of about 10 acres and is surrounded by an eco-friendly environment.

The premises have multiple classrooms which are equipped with digital equipment such as overhead projectors, white boards, audio systems, etc. which assists students to attend interactive sessions. Additionally, the premises have tutorial rooms and drawing halls through which students are facilitated with application-based lectures.

Furthermore, there are facilities through which students grow holistically at the Institute, details of the same as follows:

• Library: The central library of the Institute covers an area of about 20,000 square feet. It is air-conditioned and has a reading space that can accommodate about 250 students. In addition to this, there are several departmental libraries. The collection of the library includes volumes, titles, journals, magazines, reports, reference books, etc.
  Along with the same, the Institute has a digital library that has many computer systems and facilitates students with e-journals, e-books, CDs / DVDs, e-magazines, and others. The services accessible to the students at the library are bibliography and reference services, reprography, OPAC, and many more.
• Laboratories: Along with a central computing centre, the Institute has multiple computer laboratories through which students are able complete their tasks involving technical skills. The departments of the Institute such as Civil Engineering Department, Mechanical Engineering Department, Computer Science and Engineering Department, etc. have laboratories to aid students with practical-based lectures.

• Auditorium: The campus of the Institute has a ‘Swami Vivekananda Auditorium’ which has an accommodation capacity of 500 students. Also, the auditorium is equipped with light and sound consoles, air-conditioners, and other devices to organise large-scale vents without any hassles.
• Seminar Halls: There are 6 seminar halls at the premises of the Institute which are ICT-enabled and have adequate multimedia systems to aid in easy conduction of conferences, webinars, seminars, and other such events.
• Cafeteria: The Institute cafeteria has a seating capacity of about 200 students and here, a number of meals, snacks, beverages are available in accordance to the diverse nutritional requirements of the students. Also, there is a fast food restaurant-cum-convenience store at the campus.
• Hostel: The male and female students are facilitated with safe and secure residential facilities at the Institute. Moreover, the Heritage Institute of Technology Hostels have rooms which have basic necessities such as beds, etc. The accommodations have round-the-clock security by dedicated authorities and staff.
• Sports: There are facilities available at the Institute for outdoor sports such as Cricket, Football, Volleyball, Basketball, Golf, etc. Moreover, these amenities are managed by a qualified sports officer and an instructor. Common rooms which have facilities for indoor games including Table Tennis, Carrom, and Chess are also present in the Institute premises.
  Apart from this, the gymnasium of the Institute aids students to build their physique and ensures a healthy educational journey.
• Transportation: There are sufficient transport facilities available for the students to travel from the premises of the Institute to the nearby locations in the town.
• Medical Facilities: Heritage Institute of Technology premises has a medical unit which enables students to access the treatments for various injuries and ailments. Moreover, students are provided the facility of availing the treatment from the nearby hospital as well.
