Zakir Husain College (Evening) Delhi has Air-Conditioned Library & Seminar Hall

My overall review for this college is positive. It has changed me a lot in a good way. It has given me a lot of opportunities for which I'm very grateful. This college has given me friends and personal and career related life experiences. It is like a second home. The faculty of this college is great and helpful. Each and every teacher that I've got till my 2nd year has been really great.

The course I've chosen is B.A. Programme (Economic+ English). Economics has been my favorite subjects since grade 11th and it has a lot of scope in the coming years so I thought it'd be great to choose economics as my career. For entry in this course the requirements are not much. You just have to give CUET Entrance Exam of the subjects you've studied in 11th and 12th. Admission process is through CUET itself for Zakir Husain College, Delhi.

The yearly fees of this course are around Rs. 7,000/- which is actually affordable. It takes around Rs.1,500/- as examination fees.

The faculty of my course is actually very helpful. They're always there for the students and even if the student is not regular or sincere, they make sure that each and every student still gets passing marks in the exams. The teachers themselves are highly qualified. Some of them are even Ph.D holders. They provide us with all kinds of notes and study material possible, even PYQs. The teachers are interactive in class and makes sure that the students are too.

I haven't reached my final year yet but I've heard it from my Seniors that the placement of this college is really great.

Campus academic blocks are old yet standing strong. Which means the quality is really good. The structure is also simple and not so complicated for the new comers. Campus size is medium and the locality of college is average. The seating capacity of the classes is above average. It can hold a really huge amount of students at a time in one class. The library and seminar halls are fully air conditioned. The canteen is hygienic and the food is great. Sports ground is big enough for students to play multiple sports at the same time. My favorite thing about Zakir Husain College is girls common room where it is really cozy and comfortable

My overall campus life is good obviously not like a movie but for real life it is good. Crowd of the college is both good and bad, but mostly it is good. There are well mannered and helpful people around, be it seniors or juniors. There are various clubs and I'm part of one of those. I'm the part of dance society which domes under arts and culture club. There are even many academic clubs. The fests of this college are really awesome and students enjoy a lot in it.
