Pursuing my Bachelor’s from IIMT School of Law New Delhi

Overall Rating
The Ideal Institute of Management and Technology & School of Law can be categorised as good Institute. The faculty and academics is good but the infrastructure is average. The fee is also affordable. It also organises various fests and activities for students.
 

Academics Rating
Academically, the Institute is satisfactory. I have chosen B.A.LL.B and the criteria of my course is you have to give qualify the entrance exam. You have to score decent rank in CLAT for getting admission in this course which is less than 40000 rank. The internal exam happens every semester.
Fee of my course is Rs. 1,20,000/-. The fee is same for all the Institutes which are affiliated by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. Security deposit is Rs. 10,000/- for my course.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty is not different for every subject. For example, each teacher is assigned for more than 1 subject. The faculty is good and they clear our doubts too. The classes take place regularly. The teachers have done their masters from NLU. Problem solving abilities of faculties are good and the faculty members are also approachable.
 

Placement Rating
The placement committee of IIMT is average. They help students to know more about jobs, and how they can apply. The regular seminars happen for placement related activities. The companies and individual lawyers also visit our Institute.
 

Hostel Rating
No, the Institute does not offer any hostel facilities.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus is of decent The locality is good it's near Preet Vihar, Karkardooma. There are two classes, in each class there are 45 students. In each classroom, three students can sit on one bench. The campus has a small canteen, medical room, and security guards are also present on the gate. My favorite thing about this campus is it’s library which is helpful in my course. The moot court is also there which a main part of the infrastructure.
 

Campus Rating
So overall the campus life is average and the crowd is also good. The annual fest takes place at the main campus. There are several clubs such as Debate club, Dance club, Music club, etc. The campus life is little boring but clubs are complementary part of the campus which encourage students to follow their hobbies. The fests are usually decided by the main campus.

    IIMT New Delhi is great and the best part about this Institute is that is offers limited courses so the intake is limited as well. The Institute has hosted various events for the students. The Karkardooma court and metro station is nearby so it is easy to commute. The students who attend the events get the benefits of marks and the attendance as well.     Ideal Institute of Management & Technology and School of Law offers three courses, B.A.LL.B, BBA, and BCA. The Institute focuses on providing quality education. The faculty is great, but the infrastructure can be improved. My overall experience at the Institute was fun and educational.
