My Campus Life in IIMT School of Law New Delhi: Academics & Activities

Overall Rating
After joining IIMT New Delhi I realised that it is one of the best institutes in Delhi for Law after NLUs. The approach of the institute towards education is quite strict. But it works really well both for students and themselves. It is a great experience to be here.
 

Academics Rating
I am not surprised at all with the great academics that our institute has. Other institutes have a huge batch size that never works in favor of students, but we have limited number of students, making learning easy. In short, academics here are about freeing the mind because unlike the usual semester-break internship pattern, our institute allows us to intern in September after the internals of every odd semester.
At the time of admission, I paid Rs. 85,000/-.
 

Faculty Rating
If one has survived the first year, they will never leave this institute as faculties indeed make us love our subjects and also the prospects that law studies brings to the table. They teach very well and are quite approachable. Our faculties have made us competent and confident to step in the real world.
 

Placement Rating
Placements are average. In last few years, 40% students from our institute were placed.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Our institute is located in a less crowded and less polluted area of Delhi. Our main building's top two floors are for law students. The fourth floor is where we have our library and a small snack counter. Area wise we might be one of the smallest campuses but our facilities are great. Our restrooms too are as clean and hygienic as they should be for maintaining a clean and healthy environment.
 

Campus Rating
Every year recognition and rewards are given to students on our annual day and every student chases to be in the hotspot that day. So, the whole year a healthy competition within is going on. During our fest ‘Gyan Manthan’, students from other institutes of our university are invited and a competition among inter institute students is held. It is great.

    IIMT New Delhi is great and the best part about this Institute is that is offers limited courses so the intake is limited as well. The Institute has hosted various events for the students. The Karkardooma court and metro station is nearby so it is easy to commute. The students who attend the events get the benefits of marks and the attendance as well.     Ideal Institute of Management & Technology and School of Law offers three courses, B.A.LL.B, BBA, and BCA. The Institute focuses on providing quality education. The faculty is great, but the infrastructure can be improved. My overall experience at the Institute was fun and educational.
