SVU Kolkata Provides Merit Based Scholarships

Swami Vivekananda University Kolkata offers a unique system of academic excellence, comfortable, and a peaceful learning environment. It is a good educational Institution of this locality. In my overall experience if anyone chooses this University for learning is it best option to learn here. The unique point of this University is that here journal research paper is published. Our University offers to teach many foreign languages like Spoken English, Germany, French, etc. Many International conferences are held. So I definitely refer this University.

I have chosen B.Tech CSE in SVU Kolkata. This course covers the fundamental concepts of this stream including programming language, Data structure, algorithm, and Software Engineering. The eligibility criteria for admission is that the candidate must pass 10+2 with minimum 45% score in Science stream. For admission process, candidates can obtain the application form from the University website and they must submit their required documents. They may need to appear for basic admission exam and shortlisted candidates may be called for counseling session. They prepare us for real life challenges, industry experience, communication, team work, practical skills, and critical thinking abilities.

B.Tech (CSE) course's fees structure is Rs. 3,40,000/- for 4 years including registration & tuition fees of Rs. 35,000/- per semester and Rs. 60,000/- for dress charge (one time payment). They also provide Swami Vivekananda Scholarship for Rs. 60,000/- per year for B.Tech students, and other merit-based scholarship. This University recommends NPTEL course free only for students.

Professors are known their supportive and understandable behavior, making it easier for students to ask questions and seek guidance. They also have good teaching methods as they break down complex concepts into easily understandable part .They use PPTs for teaching something new and at last, they conduct group discussions at the end of every session. Many professors hold Ph.D degree and they help Ph.D scholar students. The faculty of our University is generally well-regarded by students.

The campus is peaceful and has eco-friendly atmosphere. We have a gym, big field to play any outdoor game, a swimming pool, and a music room. The classroom is well-designed with digital board making learning more attractive and engaging. In the classroom, there have 2 CCTV cameras for attendance. They also have well stocked library that has wide range of books and resources that provide students with valuables learning materials. Our canteen and cafeteria maintain hygiene where every food is fresh and oil free cooking is done for students. My favorite part of the University infrastructure is library which is the most beautiful place I have ever seen.

Campus life is amazing with many things to entertain students like theatres and motivational events. We have Fresher's parties and events with notable guests like Bengali film stars. In every event the main attraction is fashion show. Here blood donation camps are organised to promote social responsibility. Overall this University's campus life offers a mix of academic and extracurricular activities, with modern infrastructure and facilities.
