My Journey in HICAS Coimbatore

Overall Rating
This College is really good. The atmosphere of this College is great and it will provide you a great experience. You can find a lot of good friends in this College. The College organise several events and concerts for the students. The academics of this College are also good.
 

Academics Rating
The academics of HICAS Coimbatore are simple and based on the updated curriculum. There are 6 semesters in 3 years. For admission in this College you need at least 75% in your 12th grade to take admission in this College.
The fees structure of my department is Rs. 36,000/- per semester. For one year, the fee will be Rs. 72,000. The maximum fee is Rs. 40,000/-. The scholarship is also available for single girl child.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members are really very supportive. The teachers guide us throughout the College life in all the aspects. The teaching methods include PPTs, blackboards, etc. The faculties make sure the students understand everything and they also clear their doubts.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, the College also has a placement cell. The cell will guide and help students if they have any doubts related to the placements. They also organise placement classes to make the students understand better.
 

Hostel Rating
The hostel of HICAS Coimbatore is average. The rooms are clean and the quality of the food is average.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The HICAS Coimbatore is quite big. The campus has 7 blocks with all the necessities. The classrooms can accommodate up to 70 students. The campus has a library with all kinds of books. The College has seminar hall, labs, and canteen. My favorite place in this College is canteen because the sitting area is good and it has various kind of food.
 

Campus Rating
The overall campus life is really enjoyable. The crowd will always be there in the morning, during break, and in the afternoon also. It is so fun to be a part of this crowd. There are several clubs such as Music club, Rotaract club, and many more. You can participate in various events. The College also organise a fest called Hilaricas. In this fest several celebrities comes to perform.
