PRSU Raipur has 50 Seats in B.Sc + B.Ed Integrated Course

PRSU Raipur is overall very good for academics.It is a Government University. I chose this University because it is near my home and also because of its beautiful campus with all the adequate facilities. This University provides good environment for education as well as professional development. Teacher and students as well as staff are very cooperative which made me choose this University. Also, it is one of the oldest as well as famous University in Chhattisgarh.

I am pursuing B.Sc + B.Ed and its selection process is based on entrance exam conducted by NTA named as NCET (National Common Entrance Test). The course duration is of 4 years after which you are eligible to become a teacher. The eligibility criteria for this course is 12th pass and merit is completely based on the entrance exam scorecard. After entrance conducted, the registration process takes place on the University website. There are total 50 seats in B.Sc + B.Ed, out of which 25 for Biology group and 25 for Mathematics group.

In my course, fee is approximately Rs. 35,000/-. As for 1st semester, it is Rs. 19,000/- and for second semester it is Rs. 16,000/-. Scholarship is available for Chhattisgarh students and it may vary.

The faculties are highly qualified in their performance. The teachers are NET qualified and some have done Ph.D in their respective fields. They teach in both blackboard as well as on PPT. The teacher cooperates fully with students. The teacher student ratio is also good and impressive about 1:20. Personal the experience with teachers is literally very good and they are quite frank with students.

Yes, the hostel facilities are provided by the University. Hostel facility is limited and selection process of hostel is based on distance and marks obtained in entrance exam.

The infrastructure of this University is very beautiful and aesthetic. The campus is lush and green and spread over approximately 300 acres of land. The classroom is fully digital and about 50 students can sit comfortably in classroom. Library and labs are also available for educational purposes. Canteen and cafeteria are also there. For physical activities, gym as well as huge ground is also there. My favourite thing is beautiful garden which is present in the centre of campus. We have auditoriums for extracurricular activities in which various programs are held every month.

My overall University life is quite good and the campus is eco-friendly. There are lots of students who study in this University in different departments. No there is no club in this University. However, extracurricular activities are held in which various programs are taking place in every month. Annual fest and events are not organised by this University. My experience in this PRSU Raipur is good and you may also take admission in this University.
