My Journey in PRSU Raipur

Overall Rating
Overall my experience at PRSU Raipur is good. The most interesting thing about this University it it’s the oldest University in Chhattisgarh. It provides all the facilities to the students. I chose this University because of its academics and sports. It offers various Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses.
 

Academics Rating
I chose B.Sc + B.Ed. I have enrolled in this course because I want to become a good teacher in future. For admission in this course, the students should pass their class 12th boards with minimum 60% and score good marks in NCET exam.
The fee of my course in PRSU Raipur is around Rs. 40,000/- per year. The scholarship is provided by the University.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members are well experienced and highly qualified. The teaching methods include GD, blackboard, projectors, etc. There are 50 students in one batch and for each subject we have one teacher. The teacher to student ratio is good. Overall, the teachers are good.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus is spread over 300 acres. The campus has canteen, hospital, bank, etc. It also has a library with all kinds of books, labs in each department, seminar hall, and so on. The University has great sports facilities such as Volleyball court, Football court, Cricket ground, etc. All the special programmes are held in the auditorium.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life at PRSU Raipur so far is average. The campus crowd is not huge. They celebrate various festivals such as 'Holi'. I don’t think the University has student club. The campus is peaceful and my experience is good.

    PRSU Raipur is overall very good for academics.It is a Government University. I chose this University because it is near my home and also because of its beautiful campus with all the adequate facilities. This University provides good environment for education as well as professional development. Teacher and students as well as staff are very cooperative which made me choose this University.
