Parul University Vadodara has provided me diverse and dynamic academic environment. My overall experience has been good until now. The University is good in every aspect and faculties here are good and friendly. Cleanliness and hygiene is maintained in the University which makes it more beautiful. Overall, my experience in this University has been rewarding. Teaching and learning are beyond textbooks with practicals held every 3-4 days in week. My University has helped me a lot to grow socially, academically and professionally.

The academic structure in the University is balanced providing students with both theoretical knowledge as well as practical knowledge. Curriculum is updated each semester and attendance criteria is maintained well here. Resources are provided to study and assignments are also given to enhance writing and thinking abilities. University focuses on skill development and everything taught here is industry based. E-learning platform is provided to each student as well as Wi-Fi facilities are provided to ease student usage of data. Thus, in field of academics University is good.

Fee structure varies in each department. In Computer Science and Engineering, fees change every year. Last year it was around Rs. 1,34,000/- annually. Scholarships are provided in the first year depending upon their merits in previous exams. You can get scholarship in sports quota as well.

At Parul University Vadodara, faculties are knowledgeable and engage with students using various teaching techniques. Faculties are qualified and supportive. If taken positively all facilities are good. Methods of teaching are green board as well as smart boards for video explanations and resources utilisation. There are maximum 65-70 students in a class. I have a good bonding with the faculties here.

I am currently in 3rd year but I assure you that placement cell in our University is so active. Many companies visit and recruit students for internships and jobs. Placement drives are held in the last year. Companies that visited here recently were Goldman Sachs, Nestle, Flipkart, and many more.

Yes, the University have the residential facilities for the parents who come to visit, but they have to pay a minimum amount to stay at night. Many hostels are available for the students, depending upon the number of students sharing the room. Sharing is available for 2 to 10 students. Hostels are separate for boys & girls and is guarded by multiple guards. No visitors are allowed to enter in girls hostel. Mess food is sometimes good and sometimes average. Talking about hostel fees it changes every year and also it varies for each hostel. The hostel fee ranges between Rs. 84,000/- to Rs. 1,25,000/- per year. There are many rules to be followed by the students. One cannot go outside without rector permission and at night, student has to come to their respective hostel by 9:30 PM. My overall experience is average till now.

Infrastructure of the University is very fascinating and satisfying. Designs used are just wonderful and you will be amazed to see that. All departments have different structures. There are more than 20 libraries in the University along with conference halls, studying hall, Labs, Seminar halls, Auditorium and more. Canteen is placed in each corner of the University. Medical facilities are provided to each student and 25% discount is also given to hostelers. Participation in Sports is encouraged in the University. You also get scholarship if you are selected as Parul player. Classrooms are neat and clean, facilities are good. Overall, everything is fine.

Talking about campus life, it's just unimaginable and I enjoyed a lot. Campus is very fascinating and beautiful. A lot of talent shows are held in the campus where you can show your skills. The campus is not as crowded like other universities. There are multiple clubs in various fields where you can join. Fests and events are held every month which makes this University more satisfying and energetic. These past two years I have just enjoyed the campus life and liked it a lot.
