intellectually Stimulating Environment at DRNGPIT Coimbatore

Overall Rating
My experience at DRNGPIT Coimbatore had been great since here are hosted various events and seminars and teaching goes way beyond classrooms. There are a lot of things to do in and around the Institute like Propone Mall. Also, our department is the most active department of the Institute and I also actively take part in the Institute’s activities.
 

Academics Rating
In Engineering studies scrutiny happens time and again and especially when you are studying AI & DS as the chances of not getting the desired results are high. I have seen my seniors though; they become perfect post the completion of their 3rd year. So, this year I have to be completely on the hook as along with studies, we will be trained for placements too.
The fee for my course at this Institute is Rs. 60,000/- per semester and TN government does have special scholarship programs and they are for reserved students who come from SC / ST or OBC backgrounds.
 

Faculty Rating
The teachers are amazing here; they are very understanding and try to stimulate brains of the students by presenting to them various challenges. They have instilled their students with such characteristics that they derive joy from hard fought academic challenges. Every semester over 60 practical classes are taken by them along with 12-15 intellectually stimulating assignments. The marking system is quite fair here, so, your relationship with the faculty would not impact your overall score.
 

Placement Rating
Placements are top level since a lot of top companies visit our Institute for placements every year and a good number of students are placed from our Institute each year too; especially in our branch.
 

Hostel Rating
There are 3 girls’ hostels which are Thamarai, Milligai, and Imperial. The Imperial Girls hostel is reserved particularly for health science students. I stay at Malligai Women's hostel that has single and three seater rooms with options of AC and Non-AC Rooms.
 

Infrastructure Rating
DRNGPIT Coimbatore is an Arts and Science Institute. Therefore, apart from science labs, everything is shared, be it auditoriums or sports grounds. Central library with a collection of over 50,000 books is there; it has a small study room and has silent hours all day long. The library is opened till 10 PM but past this time we have to be in our allocated rooms.
 

Campus Rating
Our campus has students with fierce determination and that's what makes campus life so exciting. I see everyone working hard to deal with the academic pressure which generally motivates me. There are some strict rules that are to be followed by the students, but the hostel rules are even stricter. To keep the students entertained various events take place throughout the year like Kanam which warm the hearts of numerous students.

    No student can be weary here as the joy that our campus life brings is so special that I don't have to sugar coat anything. Academics are very good at DRNGPIT Coimbatore and so are the placements. So, when these two things are sorted, everything automatically falls in place for students.     This is one of the best Institutes among the top Engineering Institutions. I am not comparing this Institute to others Institutes but the skill sets that our Institute provides is more than enough. The fee of this Institute is also affordable.     One can expect big things while studying in this Institute because our Institute provides all the facilities to the students. The information about the societies and the events are always shared on the social media handle. Apart from the studies, the students are taught to share their personal opinions and ideas to others.
