What Every Student Should Know About BGIEM Jabalpur?

Overall Rating
I am a student at this Institute. I chose this Institute because of its infrastructure and academics. The fee here is also affordable. This Institute provides all the facilities to the students. It is situated near the highway so we can easily reach the Institute. It has a good balance between the academics and other extracurricular activities.
 

Academics Rating
I chose B.Tech in Computer Science. For admission, the students need to pass their HSC with at least 70%. The end semester exams are held after 5 months. The mid-term exams are conducted 2 times in a semester.
The fee of my course in BGIEM Jabalpur is Rs. 68,000/- per year. The exam fee has to be paid separately and the registration fee is Rs. 1500/-. The scholarship is available for the students who belong to SC/ST students.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members of this Institute are excellent. The teachers are well qualifies in their respective field. Some of the faculty members have done Ph.D or Masters. The teaching methods include PPTs, projectors, white board, etc. The problem solving abilities of the faculty members are good. In the first semester every teacher has to teach minimum 60 to 80 students daily.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure of BGIEM Jabalpur is good. There are various building for different departments. The classrooms are well equipped with AC facilities, cooling fans, smart TVs, Wi-Fi facilities, etc. The campus has a huge canteen which has opened this year only, library, etc. There are CCTV cameras installed in the campus for security purposes. The guards are also there for the safety of the students.
 

Campus Rating
Overall, in my first year I have enjoyed very much. The campus crowd is good. There are several clubs such as Coderax, Coding, etc. The Institute celebrates various festivals such as Diwali, Garba, Holi, and many others. It also organises hackathons and other activities.
