Following My Dreams in GNCS Jabalpur

Overall Rating
The overall experience of GNCS Jabalpur is pretty decent. The owner of the institute is a well known businessman. There are also other private institutes in the city but this is the best amongst them in my opinion.
 

Academics Rating
I took admission to B.Tech CSE branch in 2024 to be a Software Engineer in future by getting placed in a good company. There are not any specific criteria for institute admission you can just go on spot counseling also. There are semester wise exams conducted by RGPV University (its affiliating university, two times a year. The academics prepare us for hard work and consistent development and to be a good engineer in future.
The fee for B.Tech CSE is Rs. 68,000 per year for a general candidate with no ES or TFW seat. The tuition fee is Rs. 50,000 per year followed by admission and caution fee of Rs. 3,000 and Rs. 5,000 for lab charges. Rest Rs. 10,000 is for other facilities. The MP government is providing scholarships for SC, ST, and OBCs candidates of MP.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty is very good as they are very smart and qualified. They also help us in every problem. The faculties are mostly engineers with some teachers who are PhD holders too. The faculties solve doubts regularly. The teacher student ratio is quite high as 115 students are in my class only. The teachers are very approachable and soft spoken. I have good bonding with all the teachers.
 

Placement Rating
Since, I am a first year student so I can't tell much about placements and internships as it’s comes in 3rd year. There are many hackathons and coding competitions organised by institute for good placement. Highest placement of institute is of 46 LPA for a CSE student. TCS, Infosys, Wipro, etc. are some companies visiting the campus.
 

Hostel Rating
GNCS Jabalpur does not have any official hostels. The faculties have their private hostels for students of institute.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The institute provides every student with 5 books every semester for free to use from the library. There is A, B, and C blocks in institute. The campus is around 10 acres. The classrooms are big with large screen installed in them with air conditioning. There is a seminar hall for the celebration of festivals or for other workshops. The canteen is quite small with not good food which is a drawback. Sports facilities should be increased for students. The favorite place is outside the building in garden bunking with friends.
 

Campus Rating
The overall campus life is good as there are events and celebrations going on here and there.
The institute has around a population of 2000 students. There are dance and drama clubs.
There are celebrations of Holi, Diwali, and other festival including picnics tech fests, etc. The global tech fest is organised every year. The experience in this institute is a good one for me.
There should be more sports done in institute.

    My experience at Global Engineering College is great. I like the college infrastructure. Basically, my course is Computer Science Engineering including block chain technology and cyber security. I chose this course because of my interest in cyber security. I like to learn new technologies related to cyber security.     Overall experience of this college is quite good. Teachers are very helpful and their way of teaching is also very good. I have chosen this Global Engineering College because of low cost of study. This college charges about 60000 per annum. Placement of this Global Engineering College is also very good that's why I have chosen this college.
