Academically Rich Life at JBIT Dehradun

Overall Rating
I like everything about my Institute even when we have extra classes till 6 PM and even when I see many of mates being debarred from exams because of low attendance. Academics and discipline has to go hand in hand and that is what JBIT Dehradun is all about. While most private Institutes have t-shirts as their uniforms, our uniform is a traditional black suit with a green tie. Thus, in my opinion, the Institute is definitely a cut above the rest.
 

Academics Rating
Learning here is the primary focus and therefore the academics are tough. Our academics revolve around some of the key subjects such as Business Laws, Human Resource, Finance, and Accounting. Also admissions in BBA at JBIT are quite easy as they are given on first-cum-first-serve basis.
Course fee for BBA is Rs. 50,900/- but a separate examination fees of Rs. 4500/- has to be paid every semester at our Institute.
 

Faculty Rating
The only reason that we don't have a single moment of pain in our classrooms is because of the faculties. They keep the environment light and the best part no personal comments or scrutiny is done in classrooms. All our professors are highly qualified and have done MBA from top B-Schools of India. So it is inevitable that they are genius and it reflects in their teaching style and methods of teaching.
 

Placement Rating
JBIT Dehradun is known for quality placements and our placements cell deserves all the credit for that. Top companies like Sony India to Calvin Klein and many other renowned companies regularly visit the Institute to participate in placement session of our Institute.
 

Hostel Rating
Our Institute does provide hostel facilities but since I am not residing in one, I don't know much about it.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Our campus is big and we have three academic buildings at our campus. The classes of my course are held in Institute’s building of Applied Sciences. Lawns and greenery is amazing at our campus. Health care facilities are also amazing and fitness facilities are definitely out of the world. Our Institute also has two gyms as one is common for all and the other one is only for the hostel students.
 

Campus Rating
In our 5 acres of campus every corner seems like it has a story of mine. I often go to the shopping complex of the campus. Also, I spend a fair bit of time at our Institute’s library. Even though our annual fest ‘Srijan’ is held in March end or April first week, the preparation for the same starts at least two months prior. Most things at our Institute are managed by students, so practical knowledge of management is what our campus life teaches us.

    I am a CSE student of JBIT college in dehradun. It is a good college for middle class students because its fee structure is not so high as compared to other colleges who provide B.Tech degree.     JB Institute of Technology is one of good institutes of Dehradun. I prefer this institute because of its fee structure. It provides good education in less fee as compared to others institute of Dehradun. Campus is good. This is anti-ragging campus with supportive faculties.     My experience at the institute was good. In this institute, library facilities are good and collaboration of faculty with students is attractive. The course fee also less than other institute.
