IIMT University Meerut has a Great Infrastructure

Overall Rating
My overall experience in this University is just average. I chose it because it is near my hometown and the thing I like about this University is its campus. I would recommend others to take admission in this University.
 

Academics Rating
I chose B.Tech in Aerospace Engineering. I chose it because I was interested in this field. I got direct admission on the basis of my class 12th marks. The University conducts three exams in one semester such as internal exam, external exam, and one main exam. The exams are not that hard, you just have to study from the notes.
The total fee of my course in IIMT University is around Rs. 6,00,000/-. The students have to pay Rs. 2000/- as a registration fee and Rs. 7000/- as an admission fee.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members of this University are good. The teachers are well qualifies and they teach you with the help of smart boards. They also provide notes and some faculty members teach us with the help of books. The teacher to student ratio depends on different branch. In the CS department, the teacher to student ratio is 1:50 on the other hand, in Mechanical & Electrical department, it is 1:20.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, the University has placement cell and it is average.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, the in IIMT University provides hostel facilities to the students. The rooms are average and available in double occupancy. The mess provides hygienic food to the students. The hostel fee is Rs. 1,50,000/- per year. The hostel provides various facilities.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The best thing about the University is its campus. It has a huge campus with mini gardens and ground. The campus provides sports facilities for games like Badminton, Cricket, Volleyball, Basketball, etc. It has 3 cafeterias; one cafeteria is at the centre of the University. A central library is also available.
 

Campus Rating
My campus life is good because of the events that take place every month. There are clubs which students can join as per their interest. The University celebrates several festivals. It also conducts an annual tech in which students make projects and show their skills. The University also conducts and annual Sports day.

    Talking about my overall personal experience in this university has been pretty good. I got to know about different personalities here. People are good and kind in this college.
