IIMT University came into existence in 2016, situated in Ganganagar, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. This university is approved by UGC, and other accreditations such as AICTE, PCI, and BCI. It is a part of the larger group of colleges, a legacy dated back to 1994. This university provides many undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs in Engineering, Management, Law, Journalism, Pharmacy, Physical Education, and many other courses. It has a large, well-equipped campus with modern infrastructure including libraries, basketball court, GYM, hostels, and cafeterias. This university also helps students grow by providing various extracurricular activities and opportunities in sports, debates, posters, swimming, hackathons cultural and technical fests and more.

There are variety to courses to choose from and these have their own eligibility criteria. If you wish to enter into technical courses, then it take admission through Common University Entrance Examination (CUET), JEE scores, and GATE (for Masters). This university provides a wide range in both technical and non-technical courses; you have many options to choose from.

Talking about the faculty members, they are mostly the ones with a PhD, Doctorate, and Masters. There are some faculties who are still pursuing PhD. Their teaching style is highly appreciated. They have included theoretical as well as practical knowledge. They provide you with regular assignments, assessment, test so that you do not lag behind, and keep up with the things that are taught. This also helps a lot in the end semester examinations.

There is a placement cell in IIMT University that holds placement drives every year. Companies like Wipro, Infosys, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, Flipkart and prominent healthcare firms visit the college every year to hold placement drives. The average package lays around 7 LPA. With the lowest being, 3.5 LPA and the highest can go as much as 30 LPA.

Hotels are there for students who come from farther locations of other states. The infrastructure is maintained pretty well. The rooms have an accommodation of two in each AC and non-AC options. The students are provided with separate washroom and bathroom inside every room. This helps the students to maintain proper hassle-free hygiene. The cleaning of washrooms happens every weekend. There is 24-hour water, electricity, and Wi-Fi connectivity. The hostel fee is Rs. 1,00,000 INR that includes the mess facilities as well, where we are provided food 4 times a day. The girls are not allowed to roam in the campus after 7 PM, due to safety reasons, and for boys, the time is 9 PM.

The campus of IIMT University has a well infrastructure. The academic blocks, library, GYM, swimming pool, cafeterias, horse riding, cricket ground, football ground, basketball courts, all are present and maintained pretty well. The infrastructure though needs a little more attention and expenditure by the authorities so that it can be maintained even better. The campus has well-maintained gardens. It is beautiful to see different flowers in different seasons and even better, a lot of them.
