The Fee of GCET Greater Noida is Affordable

Overall Rating
As a second year student in this College, I can say that my experience here is average. I chose this College because the rules are not that strict. It does not have a uniform and will not judge you by your looks. The attendance here is not mandatory. You will get enough time apart from the academics which you can use to develop your personality. This College is affiliated with Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) Lucknow.
 

Academics Rating
I chose B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering with a specialisation in Artificial Intelligence. I chose this specialisation because it is in demand right now. For admission, you have to qualify JEE Main exams and you should have more than 45% in your class 12th boards. You can take direct admission as well. There are three exams other than semester exams such as CAE-1, CAE-2, and PUT. The exams are easy and you will score good marks in them, if you just study for 2 to 3 hours per week. The academics of this College are average.
The fee GCET Greater Noida is very affordable. In the first year, the fee is Rs. 1,15,603/- which also includes application fee & security amount. In the second year, the fee is Rs. 1,09,603/-. The UP Government will also provide the scholarship to the students who are financially weak.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members of in this College are average. All the teachers have published some research papers. Most of the teachers use black boards to teach the students only few teachers use PPTs or group discussion methods. Some teachers also provide notes to the students after completing the chapter. The problem solving abilities depends from teacher to teacher. The student to teacher ratio is not up to the mark it is 80:1. Overall, the teachers are approachable and you can also visit them in their cabin if you are facing any kind of problem.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, the College has placement cell. It helps students to get a job and the job would be of customer care related jobs. Only intelligent students can secure job placements. Companies that visit our campus for are Capgemini, Infosys, TCS, LTIMindtree, and HCLTech.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, GCET Greater Noida offers on-campus residential facilities to the students. The hostel for girls and the boys are separate. The hostel fee for 3 seater rooms is Rs. 1,30,000/- per year. The male students are required to enter the hostel by 10:00 PM and the for the female students are required to enter the hostel by 8:00 PM.
 

Infrastructure Rating
There are several academic blocks in the campus. All the classrooms are air conditioned. They are equipped with smart boards. It has the seating capacity of around 80 students. The campus has library which has the books of all the courses, labs which are equipped with adequate facilities, auditorium, etc. Various seminars are conducted in the auditorium and the campus has conference hall as well. The canteen offers hygienic food to the students. The best thing about this College is that its campus is fully air conditioned.
 

Campus Rating
My overall campus life till now is good and most of the crowd belongs from Uttar Pradesh. There are many clubs in this College but one of the best clubs is the Rotaract club. Through this club you can connect with many Colleges of Delhi. The College conducts a main fest named ‘Unifest’ which is one of the greatest fest.

    Overall, college life in GCET Greater Noida is elegant. It is located at a nice place. The infrastructure and facilities are above average. There is a mall and a metro station just in front of college. Faculty members are very polite and they help you through your course.     GCET Greater Noida is well known for its infrastructure, faculty, and so others many facilities. If we talk about placement, it is descent and companies like Amazon, TCS, etc. gives placement. It is situated in prime location that is Knowledge Park metro station that gives you an edge at travelling. Overall GCET Greater Noida is the best college in the city.     As you enter the campus its feels like that you have entered in hi-fi college as the college have big campus with grounds, library and cafeteria. I have chosen this college as I got Fee Wavier in CSE core branch. Also, my friends taken admission in this college whose total fees is about Rs. 1,15,603 yearly which is much affordable than other colleges in Greater Noida.     The college is Well Developed and has proper infrastructure. The Professors are well educated and are supportive. The college has a big library and has many opportunities for all the students like students can participate in clubs and events and into extra curriculum activities like sports and singing and dancing and hackathons and many more.
