VIT Bhopal has Fully Flexible Credit System

Overall Rating
VIT Bhopal is a good University. It has large campus and some part of the campus is under construction. Various facilities are available in the campus. The University has Fully Flexible Credit System (FFCS) which helps you to design your timetable. One of the cons that the University has that there will be only 2 outings in a month. The University also has a credit system which you will know after coming to the campus.
 

Academics Rating
I chose B.Tech in CSE. I chose this course because I have interest in AI. The admission process is simple; you have to give VITEEE exam which will be held online. On the basis of your scores, you will get admission in this University. In 1 semester, there will be 2 exams such as mid-term exams and end-term exams. Overall, the academics are good. In the first semester, I had 6 subjects which hold 16 credits.
The tuition fee is Rs. 2,00,000/- per year. In the first year, you have to pay the admission fee and the caution deposit. The caution fee is refundable.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members of VIT Bhopal are good. Most of the teachers have done Ph.D from well known Universities. The teachers are experienced and their problem solving abilities are good as well. The teacher to student ratio is also decent. The faculty has friendly nature and is always ready to help the students.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, the campus has placement cell. After the academic year, the placement preparation will be started. Several renowned companies visit our campus for placements such as Amazon, Flipkart, Zomato, etc. The companies offer decent packages to the students.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, VIT Bhopal offers separate residential facilities to both male and female students. In my room, there is a chair, table, wardrobe, etc. I paid Rs. 1,27,000/- per year. The hostel get remains open from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. My personal experience in the hostel is quite fun as I have got good roommates.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus is spread over more than 300 acres of land and it is located in Sehore which is 60 KM away from Bhopal. The campus has academic block which has several classrooms. The classrooms are equipped with projectors and various other facilities. The University has library which is well maintained and it has all kind of books. The auditorium, seminar hall, and conference hall is also present at the University campus. Overall, the infrastructure of this University is good.
 

Campus Rating
My overall campus life so far is good. The campus crowd is not that huge. There are a lot of active clubs which organise various programs and events. Various programs are conducted by the University such as garba night, etc. The University conducts a largest fest called ‘AdVITya’.

    In VIT Bhopal, the course structure is well organised. The campus life is very diverse. Student from all over India are here so it will enhance your communication skill and you will get to know about their culture.     The University has very good and vibrant campus. The hostel, environment and teachers are good too. My relatives recommended me to join this University.
