The Students can Take Direct Admission in K.T.H.M. College Nashik

Overall Rating
I chose this College because the fee here is affordable as compared to other Colleges. The students can easily commute to the College because it is located in a good location. It’s one of the reputed Colleges in Pune. The environment here is good for studies. Various courses are offered in this College so one can take admission here.
 

Academics Rating
I had B.Sc in Zoology. I chose this course because I was interested in wildlife forest environment. For admission, the students have to score at least 50% in their HSC. The admission process is quite simple; you just have to fill the admission form. The College conducts exams at the end of each semester. The academics focus on both theoretical & practical knowledge. The practical exams are also conducted by the students.
The fee of my course is affordable. I got discount on the fee through the scholarship.
 

Faculty Rating
Most of the faculty members at K.T.H.M. College Nashik are well educated and they have done Ph.D in their respective field. Many of them are publishing their books and research papers. Some are working on their national & international projects. The teaching method depends on the type of subject. There are around 10 to 15 teachers in the Science department. The head of our department is very friendly.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, the College has placement cell. The cell share each and every updates regarding the jobs. Most of the students of my department wanted to secure Government jobs and some wanted to go for the higher studies so the placements was not taken seriously.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, the College offers residential facilities to the students. There are two hostels one for the pharmacy students and the other one are for the students of rest of the courses. The mess facility is also there. The girls’ hostels have strict rules. The hostel fee was Rs. 60,500/- per year.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The College is located at the Banks of Godavari River. The campus area of K.T.H.M. College Nashik is spread over around 37 acres of land. There are two major buildings which are dedicated to our department. Each classroom has around 40 benches. The campus has library which has several kind of books, labs, seminar halls, conference hall, one auditorium, etc. Canteen is also present in the campus. There is one small and one large playground for the students.
 

Campus Rating
The campus has huge crowd. The College conducts annual functions which includes 'YIN' festival too. The College organise Bollywood & traditional day for the students. The inter-department sports competitions are also conducted. Both NSS & NCC units organise various extracurricular activities outside and inside the campus.

    College is located in Nashik city near Gangapur road. Our college is affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University. It is A++ NAAC accredited college in the city. Admission process is based on some entrance test.     I have chosen my B.Com course as I was not so good at studies and B.Com is one of the easiest courses around. K.T.H.M. is one of the oldest colleges of Nashik and has an excellent reputation. K.T.H.M. is affiliated with Pune University, which is perhaps one of the topmost universities of India. The management of the college was good during our time and is still the same as most of them were down-to-earth people who were always available to help the students out.
