KMC New Delhi also Focuses on Extracurricular Activities

Overall Rating
The environment of this College helps in the holistic development of the students. The campus of this College is good. My personal inclination is towards ‘Bhoomi’. It is an Eco club which focuses on helping the animals and taking care of nature. The College also offers a wide range of courses.
 

Academics Rating
I chose B.Sc (Hons.) in Mathematics because
numericals in this subject will also help me in my Government exams. For admission, the students need to appear in the Government exams. It is little hectic to manage extracurricular activities with the academics but overall the academics are good.
The fee of KMC New Delhi is low as compared to other Colleges. The fee of my course including the examination charges is around Rs. 20,000/- per year.
 

Faculty Rating
According to me, the faculty members are good. Some of the teachers are strict but some are kind too. All of them are very professional. They are well qualified & experienced. They use several teaching methods according to the comfort of the students. They also publish research papers. They make sure that the students learn and understand everything. Overall, the teachers are great & supportive.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, the College has placement cell. The companies offer good packages to the students.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, the College offers hostel facilities to the male students only.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The academic block dedicated to the Arts department is quite old but the block of Science department is good because it got constructed recently. The College offers sports facilities to the students such as ground, fields, etc. The campus has well equipped departmental labs for subjects like Physics, Biology, Chemistry, etc. The gym and medical room is also present at the College campus. My most favorite thing is the Ashoka lawn and the front view from the main building.
 

Campus Rating
My campus life till now in KMC New Delhi is quite good. The campus crowd belongs from the different parts of India. There are several societies which you can also join. It organise various cultural activities for the students. The events and fests are conducted throughout the year. One of the events of our College named ‘Renaissance’ is quite famous in the North campus. The clubs are divided into various domains such as career development, finance, and many more.

    It has been nothing but a wonderful experience at Kirori Mal College, which is by the way considered one of the best UG colleges. Trust me it does deserve this title. It secured 9th NIRF ranking in 2024, which make me proud that I am able to study in one of the top colleges of India. I chose to attend this college mainly because of vast exposure and networking opportunities available here.     I Think my College, Kirorimal College New Delhi, is one of the finest College of India which offers multiple courses with such renowned faculties and their experience. College is best balanced with education and extra co curricular activities. For science stream students have proper practical labs and classes are also good.     Kirori Mal College is a great place for Bachelor studies in the North campus of University of Delhi. The college is one of the top colleges for Science and the NIRF ranking is pretty high too. The college provides you facilities like gymnasium, GCR and BCR (Commons rooms) equipped with good indoor games and stuff. The societies of the college live up to their reputation.
