Discovering Campus Life at PES's Modern Law College Pune

Overall Rating
PES's Modern Law College is one of the reputed private Colleges. My personal experience at this College is decent. If you have limited options then you can take admission here. This College is improving day by day. If you are ready to work hard and study well then this is the best option for you. This College is affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU).
 

Academics Rating
I chose Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Law (B.A.LL.B). For admission, the students have to qualify MHT-CET entrance exam. The cut-off varies from year to year. The admission process is quite simple but it takes a lot of time. The College offers wide range of courses to the students. It has a strong curriculum. Overall, the academics are good.
The fee of this College is very affordable. The fee of my course is around Rs. 21,000/- per year. The College also provide discount to the student who belong to the reserved category.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members of PES's Modern Law College are very professional. Some of the teachers are very helpful and kind. They genuinely help the students. Different teachers use different teaching methods. Some of them use PPT method while others teach us with the help of blackboard. The teacher to student ratio is decent, it is 1:50. Some of the faculty is new but they are trying their best to teach the students. The College has guest faculty as well.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, there is an active placement cell at the campus. The placement team put a lot of efforts to provide placements to the students. According to me, the students should not entirely depend on the cell.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, the College provides accommodation facilities to the students. The hostels are not up to the mark. You can also live in the nearby PGs.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus of PES's Modern Law College is located at one of the main area of Pune. It is situated at the front of Savitribai Phule University. The campus is not that huge but the infrastructure is good. The campus has library which has several kind of books, reading hall, etc. The classrooms are decent and have good seating capacity. The College also has a moot court hall, sports room, canteen etc. Various other facilities are present at the College campus to fulfill the needs of the students.
 

Campus Rating
My campus life till now is good. The College organise various extracurricular activities like dancing, singing, street plays, etc. If you have interest in all this things then you can surely participate in those activities and became a part of the group. It conducts one of the main fest called ‘Vidhi Rang’. It provides a platform to the students to showcase their talents and skills.
