Overall Rating
Vignan University is a great Institution offering several courses like B.Tech, BBA, MBA, B.Sc, BCA, and others in many specialisations. In addition, it has many departments like Psychology, Agriculture, Management, Law, and others. The best thing is the student teacher ratio here, which is almost 35:1. Yes, we have many International students from many other countries. All the academics mostly go in English language only.

Academics Rating
Academics are excellent here but you will feel little bit pressure as they conduct a lot of exams and will give you many assignments and very less break sometimes. They even take class on Sundays if they have given any extra holidays. They even take extra classes after academic hours for students who are slow learners or have less marks in previous module or sometimes for all students this generally happen at the time when semester is about to end. so, the conclusion is that yeah its academics is good but will give you a lot of pressure
Fee structure varies from course to course. For my program, it was Rs. 2,60,000/- for one year in 2024-2028 session but for new entries, it will be increased. In addition, of it you also need to give an extra Rs. 2000/- as exam fee in each semester.

Faculty Rating
Faculty is well qualified here. all are so helpful and is supportive. They will always support you in great way and the best thing is that they all are from different parts of India so most of the things are done in English, as many of them do not know the local language. Here even the faculty student ratio is good that is 1 faculty per 35 students. You will be given one faculty as your counselor and trust me they will help you a lot in everything.

Placement Rating
If we talk about placements, Many companies visit the campus and the alumni network will give you a lot of support in off campus placements. I am going to talk mostly about CSE department as I am from that only. Our department keeps on conducting Hackathons, Ideathons, and other activities, which help a lot in placement time. In CSE department last year some students were placed in Amazon at 40 LPA package and many others got place in other renowned companies at a decent package.

Hostel Rating
Hostels of Vignan University Guntur are good. Girl’s hostel is a separated in colony inside campus only. If we talk about boy’s hostel then few buildings are inside University and some are outside campus. They have space inside campus for that and they are building some new buildings for boy’s hostel.

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure is good here. All the buildings are great and well equipped. You have different buildings for different departments and a central library building for library. The whole campus is spread in nearly 42 acres of area and is well maintained. The campus has academic blocks, canteen, cafes, restaurant super mart xerox shops gyms, and all. It also have many sports grounds for different sports all are well equipped and trainers & coaches are always available for you and you can join any sports and continue playing that they even give you chance to play in south zone.

Campus Rating
Campus life is good some restrictions are there but over all its good as the restrictions are for safety purpose only. They celebrate all festivals inside campus they celebrate Durga Puja, Diwali, Eid, Christmas, and others. They also have fests, which happens in generally your even semesters. One of the biggest fest is held in month of February, which is ‘Mahotsav’, which goes for 3 days and trust me you will enjoy that it will be having so many events, and even celebrities will join the events.

I actually have bittersweet experience in this university. Actually, I quite like overall experience. I applied for 3 to 4 universities in which I was selected into 3 and out of all those, I chose Vignan University because its placements are good. It is not too far away from my home and it is quite affordable for a person from a middle class family. The curriculum is what made this institute different from others. The curriculum is hard but will be so helpful in future. The placement rate is als... Read Full Review
