Overall Rating
Overall experience in Lukhdhirji Engineering College, Morbi is not up to the mark because of the language barrier as the faculties teach in their local language which is Gujarati. The hostel in this College is good. The hostels provide good food at a low price and the food has variety.
 

Academics Rating
The course chosen by me is Information Technology as everyone has been depending on AI due to the changes happening in the World. Admission process includes giving an exam but it can also be on the basis of your 12th marks. Then after ranking, the cut-off is there which decides if you will get a seat in the college. Lastly, bring all the required documents for college admission in the campus.
Course fee is Rs. 1500/- and by including additional fees it becomes approx. Rs. 2000/- per semester. It includes locker fee, gym fees, and other facilities.
 

Faculty Rating
Some of faculty members are good but there is a language problem. They teach in Gujarati. The method of teaching is good though. Their problem solving abilities are good enough. If we talk about the teacher to student ratio, the number of faculty is 4 and students in my class are 54.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, hostels are there at the campus. Students get package at highest 8 LPA and other at lowest package is 3.5 LPA.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, Lukhdhirji Engineering College, Morbi offers hostel facility on merit basis, I am not sure about total rooms but facilities are offered such as fan, light, table, bed, chair and wardrobe. The mess food is good and offers various varieties. The boys and girls hostel are separate.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The new campus structure is average and the old campus structure is good. The campus size is not so large, the classroom are big enough for 65 to 70 students. There are academic facilities like library, labs, conference room, etc. Security guards are there too. Moreover, sports facilities are there but it could be improved.
 

Campus Rating
Overall, the campus life is good and the crowd in our College is not so much. Yes there is a club in our College named Ignite. There are extra-curricular activities organised by College like Sports, Garba event, Signature Day, Traditional Day. There are around 4-5 fests organised in our College.

    Overall College is very good & it was founded in 1951. As compared to other branches, Chemical Engineering offers good academic and placement opportunities. Most of the toppers are from this department and the overall opinion of Lukhdhirji Engineering College, Morbi is good through my point of view. The student teacher bonding in my College is also good. I chose this College just because my brother is also enroled here and also because of the average placement package for Chemical Engineers.... Read Full Review
