Overall Rating
Overall, the College is fine. If you love Moot Court activities and Client Counselling, then you will get great exposure for opportunity as Bharati Vidyapeeth New Law College, Pune has won awards in these competitions, though campus and hostel is average as fee is less. Students low on budget, looking for a good College can go for it. The College fee is comparatively low but it is a famous and a renowned College. Here, there are 60 students in each class.
 

Academics Rating
The course chosen by me was B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) & all the courses are UGC & BCI approved. The entry requirement or eligibility is same as other Colleges. The question paper is MCQ based with no negative marking and will be through computer based exam at centre. The academics is good because of good teachers and mentors, as most of them are experienced lawyers. Here, the teachers help the students if they wish to get an article published.
The fee division is based on rank not reservation which is a good thing about this College. Counselling is either done online or offline based on how far the student lives. College fee is submitted once in a year. Registration fee in 2022 was Rs. 1500/-. If any one falls under aided rank then they have to pay Rs. 35,000/- per year , and if anyone falls under unaided without management they have to pay Rs. 90,000/- per year. This is the data of 2022, now it has been increased.
 

Faculty Rating
Some of faculty at BVP Pune is well-qualified as they have Ph.D & LL.M degrees from NLUs. There are guest and permanent faculties. Most of them teach through PPTs and give practical assignments to make the classes interactive.
 

Placement Rating
The placement is not up to the mark. The placement cell often calls in-house counselling companies for hiring.
 

Hostel Rating
College provides hostel for both boys and girls but have limited bed availability, as all other course students also live in same hostel. The room accommodates 4 students in one room. It has one cupboard, table, chair, and bed. The food quality could be improved, all though it is affordable. The hostel in-timings are 8:30 PM. Students need to pay Rs. 5000/- as a security deposit in starting with hostel charges.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus is comparatively small, but has 7 floors in the building. There is a Moot Court room, Library, Cell Room, Cyber Cell, Teacher’s Department room, Cricket Ground, Volleyball and Basketball Court.
 

Campus Rating
Bharati Vidyapeeth New Law College, Pune & has a huge crowd because of its affordable fee and scholarships. There are no clubs but cultural teams like Fashion, Drama, Singing and Dancing Team, Painting Groups etc. I am a part of the Fashion Team, which is known for its fashion walks. There are often competitions happening outside and inside College. There is a 3 day fest in the College known as 'Abhinay'.

    New Law College, Pune is affiliated by Bhartiya Vidya Peeth Deemed University, it is Maharashtra Government funded university. It was recently ranked 6th in the survey of best law colleges.
