GNIOT Greater Noida Library is Called 'Shree Ram Central Library’

My overall experience at the GNIOT Group of Institutions Greater Noida has been average. The faculty is good and they listen to your doubts. Campus area is average but for studies, it is a great Institute. I chose this Institute due to its good Academics and great job opportunities. Many good companies have visited for recruitment like IDFC, Agile, etc. Moreover, I feel that it is much better than other greater Noida Institutions.

I chose BBA because I had a strong interest in the Business Management field. The eligibility criteria for this course is to pass 12th boards without any backlogs. Admission process is simple. You have to submit your 10th and 12th marksheets and then fill up a form with all your details. Exams are conducted twice a semester including mid-sem and end-sem. They also conduct 3 to 4 Unit Tests or internal exams out of which the 1st one is more important. Academics are really important here. They have prepared me well for the real-life challenges by giving me practical knowledge.

You have to pay Rs. 90,000/- in the first year and then Rs. 85,000/- for each of the following years. In the first year, I also paid around Rs. 5000/- for the Uniform fee. They give a discount if you pay above half of the total annual fee.

Faculty at GNIOT Noida is very good when it comes to teaching and they also listen to the students. They are well-qualified and some of the teachers have good qualification degrees such as MBA from IIMs. They solve all our doubts no matter how many times we ask. Teaching method includes both Blackboards and Smartboards. Teacher-student ratio is 1:30. Their nature is very friendly and they will guide you well. But they are strict as well and if you misbehave they will take strict actions against you.

There is a Placement Cell that phone calls every student to at least attend the interview and make sure that most of the students gets placed. They also conduct seminars and I have recently attended the IDFC Bank seminar that was really good. They will also motivate you throughout the placements. This year, the BBA placements were really good. Over 200 companies visited the campus.

The GNIOT Group of Institutions Greater Noida campus is not that big and spreads across 17 acres of land. There are different blocks for different departments. Library is good and they have recently renovated it. Labs are decent and the Seminar Hall is small but beautiful. They also have Auditorium, Conference Hall, Canteen, and other facilities. Medical and Transportation facility is also available. For Security, they have bodyguards who are strict to uniforms and ID cards. Canteen is my favourite place. Moreover, I also like the Library (Shree Ram Central Library) as it has all the books required.

Campus life is average. There’s not much crowd. There are Clubs but I am not a part of any of them. There are not much extracurricular activities but this year, Sports Meet ‘Spardha’ and some other fests were organised. During the Fresher’s party last year, Masoom Sharma was invited and it was quite enjoyable and fun. It is overall decent as compared to other Institutes.
