Student's Perspective on the SNJB's College of Engineering Chandwad

Overall Rating
In my opinion, SNJB's College of Engineering Chandwad Nashik is the best College for students who live near the Nashik city. Overall experience here is really good. It is an autonomous College and there are a lot of factors that made me choose it but the major reasons were that it belonged to my District and is affiliated to SPPU Pune.
 

Academics Rating
I decided to pursue a career in Electronic and Telecommunications field because in the future, there will be a need for telecommunication in every sector in India such as in AI, Military, E-Commerce, and everywhere. You can take admission through the State’s common engineering exam called the MHT CET examination. The admission process is online and done through CAP rounds. Exams are conducted twice a semester including mid-sem and end-sem.
As I belong to the OBC category, I have to pay an annual fee of around Rs. 70,000/- which includes Tuition fee of Rs. 50,000/- and other charges such as CAP fee, Library fee, etc. The fee structure depends on the category type of students and for my course, the overall fee is higher for the General category students.
 

Faculty Rating
In the first year, faculty is same for all branches as we share common subjects but later, there is distinct faculty for specific branches and for specific course. Almost all the teachers have a good educational background and are experts in their field. A variety of teaching methods are available such as Blackboard, PPTs, Greenboard, Projectors, etc. Moreover, I really like the behavior of the teachers towards the students.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, there is a Placement Cell. However, I am not aware of the placement opportunities provided.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure of SNJB's College of Engineering Chandwad is really good. There are different Academic blocks for different departments. The Classrooms are well-designed. Other facilities include Canteen, Central Library, Open Amphitheatre, Transportation, Auditorium, Security, etc. Furthermore, Medical facilities are also available.
 

Campus Rating
Overall campus life looks awesome. Crowd is small because College allows limited admission of students as per quota. There are various Clubs such as the language club, yoga club, cultural club, fest club, etc. Various festivals are also conducted in including Cultural Day, Sports Day, etc. My experience has been really awesome.
