ICFAI University Jaipur: From the Lens Business Department Student

Overall Rating
Last year, I graduated from this University. My overall experience is moderate. Many factors made this University a better choice for me. These factors were classroom environment, faculty interaction & academic and non- academic activities. In addition, the most amazing part was how helpful my seniors and faculties were. We had students from different diversities that were the best part of this ICFAI University Jaipur.
 

Academics Rating
I chose BBA in General Management and if I talk about the academic part then it included both theory and practicals. Exams were also good and major focus was put over practical tests. For admission, students can visits its website and follow the further instructions.
I have a domicile of Rajasthan so I have paid 30,000/- per semester, but if you do not have a domicile, it is Rs. 35,000/- per semester. I was also using the transport facility offered by University & its fee was around Rs. 15,000/- per semester and when I was in my third year; my bus fee was Rs. 17,000/- per semester.
 

Faculty Rating
I had the most amazing and well-educated faculties as all of them were Ph.D holders. I have interacted with them a lot and had a great experience with them. They have taught beyond our syllabus as they used to teach via case studies with the help of PPTs, group discussions, and debates as well. Apart from teaching, you can approach your faculties any time you want; they are always ready to help you.
 

Placement Rating
We had a separate Placement Department. During my time, there were only few companies who came to our campus for UG recruitment and those were Infosys, Asian Paints, HDFC and rest were some tier 4 or 5 companies. If I talk about the packages, the highest package was of 9 LPA and the average was 3 LPA.
 

Hostel Rating
I was not the part of the hostel but what I have heard from my batch mates is that the hostel is not up to the mark. The area where our campus is very far from the residential places, so it is very difficult to commute. The mess food is ok. Hostel rules are same as every University, but they are do strict about the timing like for girls cannot leave after 7:30 PM and for boys it is 9 PM.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus of the ICFAI University Jaipur is quite huge; also, it is quite peaceful. We have a nice sports ground and classrooms which are fully furnished & air-conditioned. The part that I liked about my University is that there is a lot of greenery everywhere. We have Amul, Nescafe, Waffle Bite, and 2 more canteens at our campus. In my University, we had everything from libraries, computer labs, seminar halls to well trained security team.
 

Campus Rating
My campus life was the most memorable part of my life. We had many clubs and I took part in 4 of them. These were the Communication club, Marketing club, Art club and the Fitness club. We had a lot Inter department and Inter University competitions. We used to have a lot of fest and each festival was celebrated in our campus.

    I genuinely had a good experience in ICFAI University Jaipur. I made friends and unforgettable memories on its campus in last 4 years.     I liked infrastructure and environment of ICFAI University Jaipur. I have opted for this university and this course because of its course curriculum and faculties. The fee structure of this university is also good and less compared to other universities for same course. It offers various courses in different departments like Technical, Business, and Law.
