JSS NOIDA #1 college in AKTU rankings (in my views)

Overall Rating
When we speak about good colleges for Engineering we think of IIT's and NIT's but at the same time their cutoff are skyrocketing and everyone is not able to get into those colleges, and we forget that there are some other good colleges as well but they are not part of the limelight, JSSATE Noida proves this point very well by being near to excellent in every domain either it be co-curricular, academics or placements.
 

Academics Rating
JSSATE Noida offers a variety of courses most loved here is B.Tech, as I am a CS student cutoffs are about 60k for general category all the way to 2 Lac CRL for SC category students, also there is no girls quota but there is quota for Jammu and Kashmir students, one has to go through AKTU counselling for getting admission here on merit basis.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty at JSSATE Noida is highly qualified and trained in their domain, they understand the students here are in need of help so faculties are super supportive and they try their level best so that each student can come with better results, most of the faculty are PhD holder in their domain and carry a wide variety of knowledge in their field.
 

Placement Rating
There is a very excellent placement cell in the college; I have our seniors getting placed in good companies at Rs. 40 lac and grabbing good internships from college only.
 

Hostel Rating
There are hostels available in the campus itself, there is one girls hostel and one boys hostel, both are separated far away, anyways hostels have a great infrastructure really their infrastructure feels modern and have all the basic facilities, 24 hrs electricity supply, canteen, RO water supply, Wi-Fi, washrooms are clean and neat. There are table tennis tables at ground floor.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure of JSS Academy of Technical Education is really good, feels modern and have all the modern features, labs are well equipped except for the EC department, they have very old equipments and often fails to function, but CS labs are well equipped and carry all the modern equipments, college has set up a new IDEA lab for nurturing startup ideas.
 

Campus Rating
College life is one of the best here, you find good crowd here and very little strictness, girls and boys can sit anywhere together without anyone interfering, we call that place love lane and not even the security guards interfere over there. As the college is old now it has well set up clubs and societies best one is the NIBBLE for tech students, the best society whose interview is very tough only pro coders can crack it and it has very good senior who are excellent in programming, VERVE is society for non tech best for dance and music.

    I am in first year, as of now my experience is good in this college. JSS is near to my house and I have also read reviews on Google and YouTube which changed my mind towards JSS and after discussing with family and friends I made my decision to take admission in this college.     Overall Rating
    JSSATE is one of the top private colleges affiliated to AKTU. I choose this college over others because of the all round facilities it provides. The college has a very good environment even among fellow senior and junior students. The faculty members are mostly Ph.D holders and the principal is a very well renounced man with very good connection with many IITs as well.     JSS Academy of Technical Education, Noida has made me realise how easy CSE is. Our Institution promotes smart education and therefore the students who complain that this specialisation is tough and time consuming should join this Institution. Since I am staying at the hostel, few things, which I would like to put, are that the library and canteen are opened till the midnight and students are never served fast food in the mess....     Overall, the college is good. Faculties are really nice except some. Discipline is maintained but the restrictions are not much. The college is surrounded by many companies, so it is easy to approach the companies for jobs.... Read Full Review
