Sree Vidyanikethan Engineering College B.Tech Review By Mukkamalla Rathanakumari

I am studying in Sree Vidyanikethan Engineering College in the stream of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. My graduation has completed in 2023 and my experience about the college that it was good and I loved the environment in the campus. The campus has good infrastructure and good library facilities. The library timings are from 9 am to 6 pm. The library infrastructure is good and the facilities provided are too good like separate study chamber rooms and mostly I had my time at the digital library. The studies are also too good. My recommend joining this college as it is too good for your bright future.

The college was very good at teaching and providing labs. In these colleges too many streams are available like Computer Science, EEE, ECE, Civil, Mechanical, and EIE. It provides courses like B. Tech, MBA, Nursing, etc. For joining this college the students have to qualify EMCET (for the intermediate students), ECET (for diploma background students), and also MBUCET. There is a syllabus regulation for every batch according to that the staff teaches. The labs provided by the college were too good and realistic.

The faculty for each and every department has minimum 30 members. The faculty is good at teaching and doubts clarification. The faculty has minimum M. Tech and PhD qualification. The faculties are very friendly and encourage the students to publish papers and formation of clubs for extracurricular activities. They also provide guidance for GATE and government exam preparation.

The placements are good in this college. I am a 2023 pass-out student and I and my friends got placed in good companies. In 2022-2023 the college achieved 90% placements. The college also provides placement training classes for the preparation of placements. There is a separate block for the Training and Placement office. The officers are also good and provide some motivation to be placed in companies. The highest package achieved is 45 LPA.

The hostel has good infrastructural facilities and the hostel has too many blocks. The maintenance was too good at hostel area and gardening is also good. The food at hostel was good and dining hall is also good.

The infrastructure is good. The college has too many blocks namely M block, East block, West block, Old block, and MNS block. The blocks are good and maintenance is provided for each and every class. Good water facility is there for each and every wing. The college also has good rank in the NIRF ranking.

Overall, the campus was good and there are some benches outside the block that were too good. The crowd in the college is somewhat large and there are too many clubs for every department. The college conducts fests every year and also has annual day functions. My life in the college was good and the canteen was good to discuss everything with my friends.
