I joined SRIT in 2020 as a lateral entry student after completing my diploma. Students here have to perform multitasking. At first I was confused with the work schedules. Later, understood and realised that even I can do multitasking. I learnt many theoretical concepts which were explained by extremely talented and experienced faculty. The labs and resources are abundant. There are many kinds of activities conducted in order to promote student involvement. This improved subject interest in me. The techexpo, social relevant projects, technical projects, NCC and NSS, internships, sports, toast master clubs, webinars, skill development programs, etc. are there in every semester. Student should be able to participate in all these and manage their academics as well. The exams are conducted in a very strict manner. Our college follows Blooms taxonomy which means to Remember, Understand, Apply, Analyze, Evaluate, and Create. The college encourages the students to achieve a good placement. Generally placements provides jobs which are only related to software but here even the core job related placement will also be available to the other branch students like EEE, Civil, and Mechanical. I am also one among the core placed students of the year 2023. The students who want to go for further studies are also encouraged by providing GATE coaching. The business interested students are also encouraged by knowing their ideas and providing suitable suggestions by experienced business faculty. The college provides hostel and bus facilities. Overall, I can say that if student can handle multitasking and move ahead this is the best place to join to have a bright future.

There are many courses available like EEE, ECE, Civil, Mechanical, CSE, CSD, and CSM. The students should have good EAMCET score to join and opt their interested branch through web counseling. As per academics the syllabus will be changed every year to teach the students the most fresh and interested concepts.

The faculty is assistant and associate professors who are masters in their specialized subjects and some of them are PhD scholars. The faculty follows different new methods of teaching styles to promote student involvement.

Both the core technical and software job related placements are provided with good packages.

Yes, college has separate residential facility for boys and girls. For every room there will be a maximum of 5 students. The hostel building consists of good infrastructure and good facilities.

There are many academic blocks, good buildings, with neat and clean environment. A huge library which contains all kinds of books, journals, technical, paper writings, documentations, etc. is provided to guide the students. The college contains labs which contain all the necessary lab equipment, machinery, apparatus, etc.

The college has strict rules of discipline and is 100% against ragging. The cultural fests are conducted once in a year. Mostly technical and knowledge based activities are conducted rather than entertainment based. The NCC and NSS activities are conducted and the students are encouraged to reach high positions.
