Life at Yenepoya

Overall Rating
The college is nice and well maintained. Easy to study and pass from this university and it’s a life changing decision to join this university. I made lots of friends, memories and it was a lot of fun. The college situated at Kuloor, Mangalore and it’s a nice campus for students to study and enjoy. There are no placements which is the only negative point of this college.
 

Academics Rating
B.Com is a basic course for students who have passed 12th from commerce stream. If u need you can add additional details with B.Com like ACCA or CA, etc. The eligibility for this course is a basic commerce pass in 12th. You can choose this course from wide variety of options available.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty here is nice and teaches very well about the subject. They use different methods to teach as they use smart boards, projectors, and practical experiments for better understanding. And we can understand easily and mainly the teachers are well experienced and have good knowledge about their respective subjects. The students will love to learn from teachers.
 

Placement Rating
We have Placement Cell, but it is not so effective and active.
 

Hostel Rating
No hostel facilities.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure is good and new buildings have been built with different academic blocks, the classrooms are full air-conditioning and also maintained very well. We have lab and library in the academic block. And also, the washrooms are well maintained. Also, we have a large canteen in campus. We have different blocks for different courses.
 

Campus Rating
It is a good campus to study. The campus is not only about studies but enjoying the campus life and in our campus, there are many clubs like Leo club, Eco club, Cultural club, Environment club, etc and many fests are done in this college like each month we have four or five fests. And other sports activities are also organized.

    The reason I chose YDU Mangalore was that it offered education. As I live in Kerala and travel to Mangalore, the distance is short and comfortable. I have checked other Universities too but their fee is much higher and the academics were outdated. My experience here so far is good.   • Campus Infrastructure and Facilities at Yenepoya University, Mangalore
     

    Overall Rating
    The summary of Yenepoya Kulur college is good. Here we can easily get a degree. They teach us very well and the campus life is also good. We have canteen, ground to play basketball, football, badminton etc. The class rooms are good. We have facilities like AC, lifts and other thing as compared to other colleges.
