The classrooms at Yenepoya University Mangalore campus are fully furnished & ICT-enabled with ample amenities such as smart boards, projectors, high-speed internet, etc. ensuring an interactive and engaging academic experience to the students. In addition, the University has around 3 gallery type advanced lecture halls with a seating space of over 180 students.

- Library: The University campus has a Library and Information Centre which has more than 60,000 books, 180+ journals, 9800+ thesis, etc. In addition, an e-learning centre comprising 60 computer systems with a seating capacity of around 70 students is present at the campus. At the digital library, students can also access various e-resources like 13,000+ e-journals, 2,20,000+ e-books, etc. along with e-databases such as EBSCO, HELINET, INFONET, and others.
- Laboratories: At the University, the computer centre is there which is equipped with the latest software & high-speed internet to support students in academic and research activities. Apart from this, the University has separate laboratories for different departments such as Pharmacy, Medicine, and many others.
- The labs at the Yenepoya University Mangalore campus include Child Health Nursing lab, Nutrition lab, Community Health Nursing lab, and several others.
- Sports: The Yenepoya University Mangalore campus has world class sports infrastructure & facilities to support the student’s physical well-being. The University has an indoor stadium named “YENDURANCE ZONE” with a capacity to accommodate around 5000 audiences at a time.
