Overall Rating
I joined this institute last year after completing 12th boards. I got admission in Data Science branch in Bachelor of Engineering in this institute. The overall outcome of experience is very good. The location of the college is in great area which makes it easy to reach out the college. The government transportation is near the college so it's very convenient for those students who live far from college. The facilities are also very good as compared to private institutes. The faculties are very helpful throughout your academic career. The placement is fabulous.
 

Academics Rating
This college is known for its great academic program. The Bachelor's and master's program offered in this college are very great. It's very easy to enroll in the program. For Bachelors, you have to pass your 12th with good scores and the entrance exam for this institute is common, for state students GUJCET and for NRI students JEE is must. The courses offered by this college are very good as it improves your overall development for industry.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculties of this college are very supportive throughout your academic career. They are highly educated from respected institutes and have a great experience of 5 to 10 years in teaching field. They help you build great foundation and help you until your placement in various companies. The behavior of faculties towards students is very polite and helpful.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, our institute offers internships and placements in various companies every year. The Placement Cell of our college is great in their work. Various companies like TCS, WIPRO, L&T, TATA STEEL, Adani Power, etc. come to our institute for recruiting best possible employees for their company with the help of placement cell.
 

Hostel Rating
Our institute offers hostel facilities to those students who live far from college location. There are three buildings of hostel: - 2 for boys and1 for girls. The overall infrastructure of hostel is very good. The rooms of hostel are also very decent. It offers different facilities for students.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Our institute was established in 1994. So, the overall infrastructure is decent enough. The institute has a green environment. The buildings are also very good as compared to other private institutes. For every branch, our institute provides separate blocks for convenience of students. Each block represents each branch for example, B block is for Computer Engineering students. So, the overall infrastructure is good.
 

Campus Rating
Campus Life is also very great. Various activities, events and festival are celebrated in our institute every year. Some events like Vishwa Sanskriti and Vishwa Fest, are the main events of our college. In Vishwa Sanskriti, various activities like debate, rangoli competition, dance competition, singing competition, etc. organized by various groups of our college. In winters, the Vishwa Cup is organized by our class for sports activities like cricket, badminton, volleyball, basketball, etc. So, the campus life is very interesting and great.

    In Vishwakarma Government Engineering College, Ahmedabad, most of things are good such as hostel life, college life, average faculty, labs, and classes. In this college have decent placement cell as it provides placements to more than 70% students in on-campus placements so that is why I select this college.
