Good to Go College for Engineering

Overall Rating
I am an ELECTRICAL STUDENT (EEE). I got admission in VNR Vigan Jyothi through ECET. Infact, I joined directly in second year as a lateral entry student. This college lies in top 5 in Telangana Hyderabad. This college teaches couple of Computer Science subjects too. This helps in gaining knowledge and one can perform well in interviews. They also provide some preparation for interviews such as smart interviews. This college holds good rank in NACC accreditation.
 

Academics Rating
This is the top 5 college in Telangana. This is an autonomous college. Therefore, it is good in academics. They give enough knowledge about the subject. This college has a library includes systems i.e. digital library. Even some other branch subjects like Fluid Mechanics are included. In addition, an open elective, a subject irrelevant to your branch is chosen for last four sems. Every lab has all the equipments and few faculties cannot conduct all the experiments due to large procedures.
 

Faculty Rating
We have a good faculty. They can clear the doubts gives very good knowledge on subjects. Maximum staff is doctorates (Dr.) in their respective subjects.
 

Placement Rating
Many companies come to intake students into their company. Some companies like JPMC and Oracle provides internships also. If we perform well in internships, we have more chances in placement. As I told, our college provides smart interview sessions which helps in performing well in interviews. Comparing to core the software companies will intake more students. Compare to previous year the placements are reduced.
 

Hostel Rating
Our college has a hostel facility. However, it is far from the college. They need to go by bus. Do not worry bus facilities are provided by the college itself. Both boys and girls hostels are good and neat. Food is also good.
 

Infrastructure Rating
It has four campuses. A play ground, sports complex, which has carrom, chess, hockey, etc. In addition, we have a gym facility. Everyone has a chance to do gym daily. We have three auditoriums including seminar halls. It has a canteen that has good food. Over all it is a good campus but the space is less for walking.
 

Campus Rating
It is a joyful campus. Can enjoy a lot. Cultural fests, DJ nights, flash mobs, parties and some kind of movie teams visit our college for promotions. There are many clubs like sports, sahithi vanam, music etc. Student can join any of these clubs. In addition, there are some groups like student force etc that conduct blood donations and helps needy people.

    Till now I have experienced a good faculty giving quality education in terms of labs and classes. Good facility of sports is provided. I suggest others to join this Institute due to experienced faculty. Those who are interested in non technical field can join different clubs such as dance club, arts club, social service club, photography and ncc clubs.
