Ujjain Engineering College B.Tech Review By Shivam Patidar

This college was built by the Government of Madhya Pradesh in 1966. Later it was declared autonomous. This college makes the life of the students easier. More than a thousand students' study in this college. This college occupies a land of 300 acres. This college offers technical degrees like B.Tech and M.Tech. This college is run by the Government of Madhya Pradesh. For this reason, the fees here are very low. This college is situated on the Indore and Ujjain Highway, due to which students from Indore also come to study here. To come here, one has to appear for JEE Mains exam, and the cutoff of Computer Science branch is very high.

There are six branches of B.Tech in this college, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, Electronics and Communication, and Computer Science Engineering in this college. In this college, education is done very well, and attendance is mandatory here. Very knowledgeable teachers teach us in this college and this college holds a place in Madhya Pradesh in terms of education.

The faculty of this college has a lot of experience. This college is full of very good teachers. This college is very good in terms of education because the faculty here is very experienced and the children educated from here have gone to many good places. Many students at this college have become scientists in ISRO. The faculty of this college is so experienced that we keep teaching them something or the other day after day, but here we have to follow a lot of rules and regulations due to which we feel that there is a lot of discipline in the government college.

There is a lot of placements in this college. As per the number of students that this college passes out from the final year, it is known that about 20 to 50 percent of the students get placed. The remaining children try to make their future in a better place.

You cannot expect much from the hostel of this college because the hostel fee here is around ₹ 3000 per year. The students at this college mostly stay in outside rooms. Most of the students do not like to stay in the college hostel and you know the reason for this.

The infrastructure of the college on paper is spread over 300 acres but after visiting the college it is found that the infrastructure of this college is very weak. It needs to be made a lot. The canteen of this college is also not very well run and if you want to get a photocopy done for anything, you have to go a long distance.

It can be said about the college campus that does not come to this college campus with too many expectations. This college is a very ordinary college and the infrastructure in this college is very weak and the campus is not supportive at all. The faculty of the college is also not supportive. No one will support you in the college, whoever you get. After coming to this college, you will feel that this college is fine in low fees, but you cannot expect more premium facilities from this college, but you will find purifiers at various places in this college.
