My life at KSRM

Overall Rating
There are actually a few B-Schools to opt for in Odisha. Talking about all aspects here a student can get everything that any business student seeks from a B school. The faculties are experienced and former industry position holders. Our school emphasizes on building a good, strong network of alumni, which will be helpful for the current students. We live as a family here; the seniors and juniors interact with each other without the former having any fear of ragging or something.
 

Academics Rating
The course offered here is PG in Community Development, MBA in Rural Management, and MBA in Agribusiness Management. The usual strength every year is around 80 per batch of ABM and 60 for RM while the number is 30 for CD. Entry requirements are same as other B-Schools. One needs to clear CAT, CMAT, XAT or at least KIITEE exam for admission.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculties are best in class here. All of them have a minimum of 10 years of teaching experience and good amount of industry exposure. The director of the school has worked 22 years in different sectors of agribusiness has had his MBA degree from IIM Ahmedabad. Some faculties have teaching experience from foreign countries too.
 

Placement Rating
Placement is one of the main reasons to get admitted into this business school. The strong alumni network eases the process of current students' hiring. They also help in making the students industry ready and also help in enroll in various industry internships. We do have a placement cell here.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, we have residential facilities available in the campus. Hostel life is very good, 2 people per room, expect a good quality of food at the mess. Clean, hygiene hostel rooms bathrooms.
 

Infrastructure Rating
For now, the Rural Management school is established in one half part of the B.Arch. school. Spacious classrooms, a big ass auditorium, separate classrooms for academics' classes and guest talks or conclaves etc. Faculty block is big, has a good space at the center. Library has sufficient number of books. Library guys regularly take suggestions on what books to add to the library.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is awesome here. Every time one can feel that it is a happening place. The whole university campus is a small city in itself in terms of area, energy consumption, and employment generation. Crowds are mid to high depending on occasions. The area is filled with clubs, bars, lounges, restaurants, and all other business to cater every need of students.
