Overall Rating
IHM Chennai is one of the top ranked hotel management institutes in India. It's a huge campus within the central Chennai City. Even though it's a bit of expensive it has wide range of culture and tradition as college accommodates students from all over India, we get to know about cultural activities of other states.
 

Academics Rating
College academics provided by the central government standards will help a student to get excelled in all the important things in the hotel industry like cooking, managing, front office, room service, and at bar and all key fields. College provides great lab with all good and clean equipment facilities.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty is very experienced and qualified dignitaries from India; they kind of help students in theory classrooms and as well observe and guide students in practical sessions also. Each staff is very well educated and has their unique way of teaching to the students. Mostly they communicate in English to communicate with all students.
 

Hostel Rating
There are also hostel facilities for both boys and girls. Hostels are inside the college campus besides the college block.
 

Infrastructure Rating
College is well reputed and established in years ago. The old block is decent, and a new block is constructed for betterment of classes and labs, there are also new blocks for hostel. College has all lab facilities, sports fields like football and cricket field, library, Wi-Fi enabled campus. There is a mess, cafeteria, auditorium, a bakery and 7 to 8 kitchen practical places.
 

Campus Rating
Campus Life is very well enjoyable. With a huge campus people can enjoy anywhere in the campus. The college conducts fests and events regularly like festival like onam, and some other festivals. Events regularly happen in the college which invites VIP guests. There is large crowd accommodate in the college.
