How I Felt at IIIT-Sri City!

Overall Rating
Overall, it is a decent college with good campus life, faculty and good hostel life. Academic curriculum is regularly updated according to industry trends. College fee is too high with poor infrastructure facilities. We have good internet connection both in the college and hostel. We don't have good transportation facility too.
 

Academics Rating
IIIT Sri city course curriculum is well designed and structured. We have mainly two courses Computer Science and Electronic Communication. Now additionally AI/DM is also included. Exams are conducted for everyone and half month. For the first year both streams have common subjects. We have M.Tech and PhD students also from college.
 

Faculty Rating
Right now, we have decent faculty. Almost everyone completed their PhDs from renowned colleges with decent background and research in particular areas. They mostly encourage us to participate in the tech competitions in the college as well as off the campus. They also have good grip on the subjects and core knowledge about the subjects.
 

Placement Rating
Right Now, we have decent placements.
 

Hostel Rating
Currently additional hostels are built for the boys with three-bedroom sharing. Girls also have separate hostel with good facilities.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Currently our infrastructure is poor. We have good hostel but not good academic block. Construction is still going on. Classrooms are decent with AC and projectors. Library has decent books, but we don't have sufficient place in the library to sit and study. We don't have even proper workplace to study and do our work.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is peaceful at IIIT Sricity.We have many clubs for both technical and non-technical. Students can participate in any of them and showcase their talents which help them for their personal growth. Almost every festival is celebrated in our college. We have college events as well that are held for 3days.

    The overall experience till now is good. The institute surrounding was peaceful as it was located in rural region. The main factors to select this institute is packages that are offered here and the timings in the institute were not stressful.     Overall Rating
    The overall experience in IIIT Sri City is so good. The placements and opportunities to learn are abundant. The faculty is good. I got seat in other renowned institute but I prefer this institute to this because of placements and package. There are many fests conducted in the institute.     Overall Rating
    IIIT Sri City, located near Chennai, is a developing institute known for its strong placement record and good faculty. It has a vibrant coding culture and hosts hackathons and coding competitions. The institute offers good classroom infrastructure but falls short in other areas.     It is very nice college. Here we have got very supportive faculty. Nice placement package has been come to this college. And it is in good environmental location.     It is one of the best engineering colleges in South India. The infrastructure is still developing, and atmosphere is nice. The faculty is highly qualified in their courses. And the placements are very good. And the average placement is very high in CSE course.
