Amazing college life but strict rules - JNU

Overall Rating
The college campus is nice and clean. The faculty is a little strict with rules and deadlines. The management is fast usually. The industry exposure is great as we get to work directly in a hospital in our campus. Many students go for master's after this course as that is the industry standard, but you can start working with a bachelor’s degree as well.
 

Academics Rating
The faculties of courses are mostly skilled and experienced, so you’ll get to have a lot of exposure. Anyone from any stream can get enrolled in this course. I choose it because I read about it, and it felt really interesting. The syllabus is vast so there’s a lot to study and the overall experience is great. We get to learn at a hospital.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculties are experienced so sometimes there might be issues when you try to explain them something but in general, they are friendly and understanding. They are really strict about the rules and language that is used by the students. They have contacts in many hospitals and can help you in landing an internship.
 

Placement Rating
Since it is a professional course, there are no placements because hospitals don’t go to campuses for placements.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure is nice. The campus is quite big so there’s a lot of space. We have a separate block for Biology related courses. There is the JNU hospital where we get to learn about treatment of patients. The library is full of books. Parking spaces are well equipped. Labs have all the necessary equipment.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is really happening. A lot of events and workshops are held every year. Like Physio cricket league, Dandiya night, Physiotherapy week, flash mob etc. The main highlight is the annual fest Technoraaz which is held around October. It’s a three-day event with many different competitions like fashion walk, dance, painting.

    Overall experience was good. This college is more focused on your studies. College life is also somewhat good and it has 3 different campuses for different fields of studies. Campuses are big and well maintained and developed by JNU itself. Teachers are also good and helpful. Students come from different cities and states and this college have positive environment....     The overall experience is great as the college provided us many scheduled industrial visits. I chose this college as I wanted to pursue food technology and it was the only college in Rajasthan apart from CDFT Udaipur which was providing this course.     My experience at Jaipur National University was amazing. I am not much interested in studies and this university was like the best place for me as they are not like “you should only focus on your studies”.
