The facilities and infrastructure provided are quite good from canteen, cremeux (pastry), library, clean Computer Labs and the locality is quite good too with a highway outside. Wi-Fi is available on all labs and the computers are modern with 8GB RAM, Windows 11. There are 3 floors and a good tech lift available too.

There are many events too organised by the college in which the students can participate and get a good exposure as well. Starting with the freshers’ party for the first-year people. There is a sports event, cultural event and a technical event too conducted every alternate semester. The college is spread across 25 acres of land. The college's main campus has one canteen and a building where all the classes, laboratories, auditorium, library and office are situated. The building has 4 floors, each floor is given to each department. The ground floor is dedicated for mechanical department, second floor is ETC, third floor is computer science and the fourth floor is for IT department. Every class is provided with a projector. Each floor has its own labs installed. The mechanical department's workshops like carpenter, welding, molding and fitting, are situated opposite to the main campus (across the road via a tunnel), where it's sports complex is present. The college has a football ground, two basketball courts, table tennis and badminton hall.

Though the campus is not huge enough to roam around, still its canteens are preferred hangouts location. The college has various technical, cultural and sports events organized by the students. PCCE organizes its own technical event called TECHYON. It happens for 3 days in which various events are organized by each department. Similarly, there's our cultural event called MITHYA where have inter-departmental competitions varying from solo and group dance/singing to fashion walks and many more. Likewise, the sports event, KURUKSHETRA, is held where various competitions are held, games like basketball, football, table tennis, cricket, tug-of-war, volleyball, athletics etc. Apart from this the college has various technical clubs from robotics to computers everything is covered.
