Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies New Delhi Campus: Photos, Virtual Tour

The campus is relatively smaller with less student strength so it is quiet in compared to other colleges. The classrooms are big with around 80 students' capacity with centralized Aces in each. The library is great with a vast variety of books, magazines, and journals. There is a seminar hall at each floor for various sessions and guest lectures. The auditorium is big and spacious as it has 2 floors and more than 500 students are ben seated. The canteen food is good and affordable. The sports facility is amazing with a good coach too. Personally, I like the seminar halls the most because of the seating arrangements and the sessions, which is conducted.

Campus life at SSCBS is great with different societies coming up with different sessions and fun activities. The college crowd good comprises bright minds with ambitious nature but at the same time fun enthusiasts too. There are multiple societies having their own niches like consulting, finance and cultural sacs including music, literature, art, and what not. The peer group is great and helpful. These societies conduct multiple sessions on finance knowledge, breaking into consulting, projects, and all. The annual fest is CRESCENDO, which is something really good and thrilling. Campus size is 5 acres. Building has 7 floors and it is fully air-conditioned with lifts. An auditorium has 525+ sitting capacity along with the seminar halls. Canteen is big enough with affordable food options. Library is really good as it has plenty of books, proper sitting space, and appropriate learning environment. We also have outlets of Nescafe and Amul shops. Nescafe is the best place to hangout with friends and enjoy snacks during free time.

Campus life is fun with the academics doing case comps, mock stock, and more. Participating in sports tournament of football, cricket, & volleyball is also fun. College crowd is from various states and culture; all of them have good knowledge of various aspects. This is also the reason there is lot of competition among us. Societies are fun with live projects, fun activities, and networking opportunities. I am part of consulting, marketing, and an event society. I got a chance to engage in live projects with various brands gaining experience. ‘Crescendo’ is the fest, with great fun and vibe. We also have prom night in the college during fest. Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies is one of the best colleges in University of Delhi in terms of infrastructure. The whole college has one building with a football ground and an open gym, it is situated in an area of 5 acres, and the campus is located in Rohini. The campus is fully air-conditioned; we have Akash-Ganga auditorium that span across 2 floors and a library also that span across 2 floors. There are seminar hall's at each floor and have 4 computer labs. The classroom can accommodate up to 90 students at a time and each classroom is equipped with top of the class teaching equipment. With the help of this top class teaching equipment, the learning is made fun and engaging.

My overall experience at Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies is pretty good and college crowd is quite large containing students from all over India and abroad. There are more than 50+ societies in the college & there are frequent speaker sessions, guest lectures and events organised by the societies from time to time.
