KL University Guntur BCA Fees Structure 2026 & Admission Process

I chose BCA because it is a 3 year degree with placements and high quality education. This University mainly focuses on skill development. There is an entrance exam if anybody wants to write and get a seat or we can just take admission by paying admission fee and full University fee with concession which is based on 12th marks. Internal exams are conducted twice in a semester and final exam is conducted at the end of each semester. Apart from the written exams, they also conduct skill & lab exams which are so useful for students to develop and build their skill properly.

I joined BCA in the year 2022. I was from Biology stream in 12th and attempted for NEET twice. I couldn’t get into MBBS so my next choice was getting into Software stream. It allows students from Science stream to choose this particular course. Entry requirement is that you should be 12th passed. Each year has 2 semesters and each semester has 2 in-sem exams (mid) and 1 end sem exam followed by lab exams. Academics prepare you pretty well for real life challenges.

The primary reasons behind selecting this course were: passion for technology and innovation, high demand in the industry, and KL University’s strong reputation. An entrance exam is required for getting into the KL University. Online registration, entrance exam, counseling and final admission and fee payment is required. Internal assessments, end semester exams, lab and practical exams are conducted here regularly. For one semester there are two internal assessments and every year four internal assessments and two semesters are conducted.
