• The hostel or University management will not be responsible for any loss of valuable items including gold, laptops, mobile phones, etc. therefore it is suggested to the students to keep them safe inside a locked storage.
• Residents of the hostels should stay within the hostel rooms from 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM as the duration is strictly allocated for studying.
• Ragging in the premises of the hostels will lead to strict actions such as dismissal from the University and subsequent legal proceedings.
• Use of electrical appliances is strictly prohibited within the hostels as it would lead to confiscation of the equipment and a fine.
• Consuming, and possessing cigarettes, alcohol, gutka, drugs, and other such products are not allowed within the hostels of the University.
• Students enrolled in the 1^st year are not allowed to stay outside of the hostel after 3:00 PM and as for remaining students the time is 6:00 PM.
• Twice the cost of the damaged product, fixtures, furniture, etc. will be borne by the hosteller who is responsible for the damage or destruction of the respective hostel property.

Around 9 KL University Guntur hostels buildings for boys are named as ‘Aravali’, ‘Vindhya’, ‘Tulip Residency’, ‘Tirumala’, ‘Sahyadri’, ‘Satpura’, ‘Kailash Residency’, ‘Nilagiri’, and ‘Malabar’.
