Infrastructure of KLU Guntur: Excellent Library, Classrooms & More

Overall Rating
My overall experience was good. As a 2nd year student pursuing BCA in KLU Guntur, I feel so satisfied for choosing my course because this particular University is treating as my course as same as Engineering which means all the subjects and classes conducted nearly same as Engineering students . Why I choose this University is that it provides more opportunities in placements for students. Placements and other facilities are nearly same for every Computer Science student from any department. We have Sports, Clubs, Labs, Gardens, Canteens, & many more.
 

Academics Rating
I chose BCA because it is a 3 year degree with placements and high quality education. This University mainly focuses on skill development. There is an entrance exam if anybody wants to write and get a seat or we can just take admission by paying admission fee and full University fee with concession which is based on 12th marks. Internal exams are conducted twice in a semester and final exam is conducted at the end of each semester. Apart from the written exams, they also conduct skill & lab exams which are so useful for students to develop and build their skill properly.
The fee is paid for every semester and get registered, and the fees structure for my course is Rs. 1,02,500/- and concession is provided. Admission fee is Rs. 15,000/- and exam fee is Rs. 250/- per subject.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculties are highly qualified and most of them are Ph.D holders. They are so friendly and easily approachable as they clear student doubts. They teach using PPTs and sometime they use board for writing explanation. If there is need they teach also personally for each student and clear their doubts. They maintain active contacts in subject wise study groups and post every update for students.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, KLU Guntur offer placements to the students. Placements are taken strictly by both University and students. They provide wide opportunities in different companies and nearly 90% of the students get placed in during University placements. They try their best to get their students placed. Some Japanese companies also visit University for hiring.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, they provide accommodations to the students. I hear from my friends about the hostel is that rooms are shared with 3 members and they maintain cleanliness. They have separate hostels for girls and boys. They provide food 3 times a day within timings and also provide evening snacks. Hostel fee varies from the type of room and it is also need to pay along with tuition fee. Rules are very strict as no one is allowed to go anywhere without permission from parents concern and management. They celebrate every festival for hostel students to make them feel like home.
 

Infrastructure Rating
It is mainly known for its infrastructure. It is entirely covered in trees and every block contains garden. We have central library which is big and nearly every book is available for students. They have ID scan entrance and we have several blocks for several departments. Classrooms are of different sizes and class rooms have smart boards and projectors and also provide central AC. My favorite thing in University is outside of the blocks where we can have a pleasant mind. It is eye feast for students in University. It provides transportation facilities and there are around 104 AC & Non Buses for students.
 

Campus Rating
Overall my campus life was good and it is not bored. Crowd here is manageable. There are so many clubs like NCC, NSS, Dance, Singing, Sports, Arts, Technical, and many more. Every year they conduct events in University as Technical & Cultural. They also conduct events for different cultures to encourage varies students from different States and Countries. I personally like this type of encouragement from the management for these extracurricular activities.

    My overall experience was good in KLU Guntur. Our university is ranked 22. I suggest others to choose this one because it provides quality education and good placements to students. The students who want to achieve success with good package this university will be good choice for them. The difference in our institute while compare to other institutes is that it provides code chef classes and CRT training to the students.     KLU Guntur is a situated in Guntur with greenery and a huge campus. It is providing placements for all the skilled students. The students dressing style is very decent and good. There is ragging and provides an extraordinary faculty for all the courses.
