South Asian University campus has been developed on a huge land of around 100 acres. The University provides a lush green environment and world class facilities to the students so that they can enjoy a vibrant life. Some of the amenities at the South Asian University include classrooms, amphitheatre, library, laboratories, hostel, sports, medical, and others.
The SAU Delhi campus is equipped with both academic and non-academic facilities for developing students holistically. The Central University has modernly designed academic buildings which comprise an adequate number of classrooms with audio-visual amenities and seating arrangement to provide digital learning to the students.
The University’s campus has multiple auditoriums and an open-air amphitheatre with adequate seating facilities for the students. These places at the Institution are utilised to conduct cultural events, activities, and other programs.
Inside the premises, for the students, convention centre, multi-purpose hall, FSI hall, guest house, grocery store, and other facilities are present.

- Library: A ‘G.K. Chadha Library’ has been set up by the University on an area of around 4500 square feet. The resources at the library include 16,000+ books, e-books, CD / DVDs, and others. Within the library, a cyber centre is present with around 14 systems which can be used by the students to access e-resources.
The library has seating for about 44 students and along with this separate reading hall for Master’s and Ph.D programs are also available which has space for around 74 & 124 students, respectively.
- Laboratories: Computer Laboratories have been set up across the different departments at the South Asian University campus. All the labs have adequate computer systems connected with Wi-Fi to help students in their academic life.
Departments like Mathematics, Life Sciences & Biotechnology, Computer Science, and others have their own fully-equipped laboratories with state-of-the-art equipment to conduct experiments. Some of these include Computational Intelligence Lab (CiLab), Industrial Biotechnology Lab, Laboratory for Data Science & Analytics (LDSA), and others.
- Sports: Inside the premises of the SAU New Delhi, spaces for indoor games like Table Tennis, Badminton, Carom, and Chess are available for the students. With this, the campus also includes grounds for outdoor games like Football, Cricket, Basketball, and Volleyball.
- Hostel: On-campus South Asian University Hostel facilities are offered to the students of the Master’s and Doctoral programs. The rooms at the University’s hostels are spacious and have adequate facilities. To provide excellent living experience to the students, amenities like common rooms, study spaces, fitness centers, and so on are offered.
- Cafeteria: At affordable prices, students can get fresh & delicious meals at the cafeteria present within the Central University campus.
- Healthcare Facility: For facilitating medical assistance to the students, a Health Centre is present on-campus. Also, to treat students, a medical professional is available at the health centre.
- Gymnasium: The SAU University campus consists of a gymnasium with adequate fitness equipment and machines for the students to exercise daily.
